This is not the normal Joint I go to but I was in Upland running errands so I stopped by. I am glad i did. Dr Lucas adjusted me and wow. I was hunting in my neck and upper back for a couple days. After leaving there i felt like a million bucks. He did use a lot of pressure, but that is exactly what I needed. If you like light touch, I would not recommend him, but if you want to be adjusted correctly, I cannot recommend Dr Lucas enough. read more

The man who works here is a crook. My husband completed all the paperwork , waivers prior to being seen and made the mistake of informing the "chiropractor" that he didn't want to purchase a membership because he was able to have chiropractic covered by insurance at other locations. He was unable to be seen on short notice any where else so my husband decided to head to The Joint. The chiropractor cracked his back 3 times and then said he didn't feel comfortable doing any further because he didn't want to upset my husbands doctor. Even though my husband signed all consent forms . Stupid. Basically just took his $40 and gave a bullshit excuse . Save your money and go to a different location . This place is a joke and the man who works there is an idiot. read more

If it wasn't for Dr. Amber and the helpful front desk, I would have given this place one star. My story begins with shoulder pain, so I decided to give a try at this chiropractor. I was told that I need to sign up and go twice or three times a week for misalignment. I went for two month then I decided to stop since it didn't help my shoulder. Last time I saw the other doctor, he adjusted my neck aggressively, it definitely felt different than any other time and I have been in pain since then. Long story short, I went there with shoulder pain, now I'm left with shoulder pain and ridiculous neck pain which I didn't have before. read more

THE BEST CHIROPRACTOR I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I usually go to the Temecula location but I was in the area for work and decided to swing by. I told him "Dr. Stone sounds like a superhero name" well come to find out the adjustment he gave me felt like he had powers!!! After telling me what exactly was wrong he gave me real solutions to my problem so that in 2-3 months I wouldn't have to return to a chiropractor again! That's MAJOR. Have been treating at The Joint and it is amazing. Everything about this place is great. The manager answered all my questions and explained the benefits of their plans and packages. I don't usually visit the chiropractor so they made me fell comfortable and answered all my questions . Most, the doctor was patient and spent time helping me to understand my symptoms and then gave me an adjustment that I had never experienced. I walked out feeling taller! My first time here, I had some nerve pain and seen Dr. rene, unfortunately my case needed more attention, she atempted to adjust me, but was unable too, she was very nice and gave me some advice on how I may be able to get adjusted properly, for minor adjustments I'm sure they do a great job, just in my case it didn't work. read more

I sit at a desk all day and my neck and shoulders are tight and achy. I started getting headaches and my friend recommended that I check this place out. Immediately when I walked inside, the front desk lady greeted me and explained that I needed to complete some paperwork for the doctor. Next, the doctor came and introduced himself to me and started to discuss my complaints and concerns. He was very attentive. The doctor did a number of adjustments to my spine and he provided me with a list of all the areas that he worked on. He also suggested that I do home stretches. I was in the Upland area when I stopped in to see about there special for $29. I received a full exam and treatment. The entire staff was friendly and the doctor helped me to understand why I was in pain and he showed me exercises to help me get better. The best part, he gave me adjustments that provided immediate relief. I admit that I was initially skeptical about this place but after my experience, I purchased there membership and I now I can visit any Joint Chiropractic locations. This was my first visit at this location, I recently stopped going to the joint chiropractic located in Fontana because of how unorganized their team was, and the front desk ladies would usually be pretty rude at times. I would definitely recommend coming to this joint chiropractic located in Rancho Cucamonga. I've never had an issue with my appointments & on top of that the staff is INCREDIBLY sweet & attentive. If you value your health and well being you won't dare let "Dr." Lucas touch you. I'm seriously concerned and I hope the damage he's caused is not permanent. I've been out of work for two weeks now and waiting for an approval on a MRI since he pounced on me. He is far too aggressive. I am small just under 5' and 116lbs. first he was putting so much pressure on my back while I was on my stomach and telling me to exhale that I had to turn to him and tell him "I can't your putting way to much pressure " and that wasn't even the adjustment it was just him with his hand on my back, he replied fair enough but barely released. That's not the move that caused serious damage though. When I was lying on my back and you twist with your knee over your other leg he jumped onto me. I never thought in a thousand years that something like this could happen. I thought I was seeing a trained professional. I have been to chiropractors in the past and only had good experiences. To add insult to injury the office manager never got in contact with me even though I left her multiple messages, and she is aware of how hurt I am. I feel like "Dr." Lucas is completely negligent and incompetent I just hope I get better. read more
