Great service and helps a lot with back pain!! Great for over time adjustments and long time injuries!!

Came here for my first consultation and adjustment after some lower back pain made it difficult for me to continue working at my fullest capacity. I was helped by Dr. Casady, who gave me a full examination and adjustment and then went over all of my problem areas. They made recommendations for my continued care and answered all my questions. They have very flexible hours and pricing. Will definitely be back again this week! read more

The Joint (Upland) seriously saved me. I have cerebral palsy and it's extremely painful. I suffer from pain everywhere, especially in my neck and shoulders. Since my last chiropractor closed due to Covid, I had to find a place that was open. I was very weary and scared to try a different chiropractor because of my condition. My pain was so awful I couldn't take it, and gave The Joint Upland a try. I am SO glad I did!!! I have found my new chiropractor from here on out, and I'm extremely happy. I've been going 3x a week for about 3 weeks now and I have had 70% of my pain gone already. This is lifelong pain from a physical disability, not temporary pain or pain from an injury... 70% GONE within 3 weeks. That's life changing!!! I now fall asleep fast, stay asleep and wake up feeling like I can take on the world. My mood has changed with my deep decrease in pain. People in my life comment on my positive mood change, and see how pain free I am. I can focus on living my life and not have pain masking who I am. I can finally be myself again. I genuinely took back the control of my life with how much relief The Joint has given me. I can't thank The Joint Upland enough. Everybody here is insanely nice, passionate, incredibly experienced and truly care about your health. The payment plans are affordable, and unbeatable with the care you receive. Not to mention, there is never a wait and I'm in and out within maximum 5 minutes. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Just don't go here! There are other nearby locations with really good customer service. The management here only cares about money. The main chiropractor here is incredibly rude. He wouldn't even let the receptionist help me - he came from the back, never introduced himself to me or anything, and starting giving me an attitude. I got transferred up here from San Diego on military orders and had 2 remaining (pre-paid) adjustments with the San Diego location. This location would not honor those two pre-paid adjustments. In fact, when I showed the two cards, the chiropractor said that those are "donations as a thank you for signing up." No... I purchased those. This location refused to honor those two pre-paid adjustments yet I went to another nearby location today and they honored them in a heartbeat. Also, when I went to a nearby location today and told them what happened here, the worker said he considered applying for this location but heard bad things about the customer service and management. It's definitely worth driving a few extra miles to spend your money on another franchise that will actually deserve your money! Lastly, the reply below clearly shows they will lie for your money. There was no scene and I did not make any customers uncomfortable. In fact, all the customers in the waiting area were making conversation with me, thanking my family for our service, etc. The manager acted like she was upset with how the chiropractor talked to me and said she'd have a stern conversation with him. Clearly, he lied and made up facts because they're now trying to say I created a scene. Wow. And the 3 options they are saying I declined- the manager told me that if I'm a lawyer I should know how to negotiate. I'm sorry? I'm a paying customer who purchased a service. Last time I checked, if you purchase treatments you don't have to negotiate for them down the line. read more

Not sure why the office staff is so difficult and uncooperative. Did not want to tell me which credit card I had on file, didn't want to tell me how much the charge would be and didn't want to provide a receipt [asked twice]. Dr. Bowen did make me feel better after the adjustment. read more

This location and visit today was by far the best chiropractic adjustment I've ever had! Dr. Stone took his time to explain things, tell me and teach me what exercises to do and how as well as how to correct my posture and how to sit/not sit, plus I walked out of the joint for the first time ever with zero pain (usually I walk out feeling better but in some pain). I've made it a point for myself to drive the extra bit every week to see him and skip the three locations between my house and the upland location! Thanks Dr. Stone, and the very nice lady in the front! read more

Jenna is such a sweet front desk, very informative and helpful! I love it here 100/10 recommend coming here !!

I went in with some serious back pains and Dr. Stone gave it his all. He was as gentle as anyone could ever be and worked on me with great care. He not only knows his stuff but is extremely kind and considerate. He is a great role model for the medical community, chiropractors and others as well. Then there's Sonya, the receptionist. She must have gone to the same school of kindness and care as Dr. Stone. Very friendly and puts you at ease immediately. Both are assets to The Joint! read more

I'll keep my review straight to the point. (Disclaimer-Never had back issues, surgeries, major accidents, or medical treatments) Went in for an adjustment on 6/17/21, I am not a member, and left feeling worse. Dr. Bowen proceeded to sit me down and ask "why have I not followed the doctors recommendations?" I answered with I have moved quite a few times within the last few years. I am a habitual walk-in, have been to various locations, and will go get adjusted when I feel tension, slight discomfort, or stiffness in my back as I am 100% sedentary for my line of work. After the less than welcoming introduction, he proceeded to provide a "treatment plan" and indicated if I do not come back to the joint within 30 days, I will need to provide x-rays on a CD and a radiology report otherwise I will not receive treatment at any of the joint locations. After making notes on the computer for my profile, the adjustment provided was less than desireable and less than effective. It took him all of two minutes. I got up, paid $39, and left the facility. Upon getting into my vehicle, I felt intimidated and somewhat threatened. As stated earlier, I am a non-member and was under the impression the joint was designed for customers to seek treatment at an affordable cost and come in for an adjustment when they felt they needed it. After this encounter, clearly this location is lacking customer retention and resort to alternate tactics for clients to purchase treatment packages. Also, wouldn't you want people to pay the non-member price as the number of visits is not discounted? I am not looking for the location to reach out as I have already taken my business elsewhere. Stay informed! read more
