I brought my child in for neck pain, called ahead to make sure it was appropriate and I was assured it was. The receptionist was kind and attentive. I felt like the Dr wasn't comfortable with my child which I would have totally respected them just saying. I felt judged in the first 30 seconds of meeting. I'm a nurse, when I triage my patients I work hard to make them feel comfortable, if I don't know the answer, I ask. I know my patients are sometimes scared coming in and it's my job to get to the bottom of what's going on without judgement. That's what I expected, so I was just surprised. My son came out sobbing, he was just scared, not hurt, but a simple "hey buddy, I'm gonna press on you right here, it's not gonna hurt ok?" Would have been helpful instead of just going for it. Again, probably fine for adults. Also.... don't be defensive in your Yelp responses as a business owner, it's not a good look. It's a red flag for me as a customer to how a company is going to handle every interaction. read more

Dr. Geil does amazing muscle work! He stretches out my muscles and it helps a lot when they are tightened up on me and I cannot get much movement! He is also very informative and I always leave knowing more than I did when I walked in! Dr. Gabe has great strength in his adjustments and by far the strongest adjuster I've had work on me and I always feel much better after an adjustment! Prior to receiving chiropractic treatment, I would throw out my back doing simple activities such as taking off my shoes. It would occur approximately every 3-6 months and the pain would last for over 3 weeks. I walked in to The Joint with a neck and upper back that felt frozen in place. Stretching didn't seem to help and it didn't feel like an injury. One $29 session and I walked out with full mobility again. It took about a month of weekly sessions to retrain my muscles to stay put but now I can't imagine not going in for my weekly adjustment. Now at 29 years old and 20 weeks pregnant, I'm not sure why it's taken me so long but I'm SO glad I went. Case #1: I originally started coming here because there was a pinched nerve causing my left thumb/arm to go numb and feel weak at times and was only getting worse from my brazilian jiu jitsu training! After a few months of adjustments, I have feeling in it again and it's back to 100%!! Case #2: I also injured the arch in my left foot while running in 2012 and ever since, it would be painful to walk even a short distance, much less run or hike. Do not go here i went in here for the first time ever the guy took my blood pressure tried telling me it was like 160 over 90 then wanted to argue with me tell me I have high blood pressure. Well i dont its there peace of crap Machine. He also did not even put it in my arm right. He put it on my forearm with the sensor turned the wrong way. The guy that was here is rude as hell. Love it here! Their walk-in/no appointment needed policy is awesome and the cost can't be beat. It is cheaper for me to have the monthly wellness package and do a walk-in as needed than it is for me to go through my insurance with a copay. Dr. Gabe is great! First time I went in I was suffering from some really bad headaches that just wouldn't go away. I had never really been to the chiropractor before and wasn't sure what to expect. I have many health concerns and in desperation, I walked into the office and was instantly comfortable with Dr Gabe and put myself in his capable hands.
