My co worker speaks highly of this location so I went after my back had been hurting for a month. I was exaggerating my ballerina poises for my son and niece (not a dancer in any way) and my back started to really hurt. I kept moving and stretching and it did get better but plateaued. I went in without an appointment, the doctor was with me for 10 minutes and worked a miracle on me. Thank you so much! *dont forget to ice read more

I've been to a few different locations but this office is close to my work & convenient to visit on my lunch. Dr. Clark has exceeded my expectations, I've had low back pain for about a year working at a desk and not moving my body enough. My back has improved greatly over the past 3 sessions with Dr Clark. So grateful he takes his time & doesn't miss a thing. ;) read more

Not all chiropractors are created equal and they all seem to use a different technique. I have been to 4 or 5 different locations in OC. I do like Dr. O and Dr. G the best. I would try a few different people making an assessment to see who feels best to you. This place usually does not have a long wait, unlike some other locations. Wish the experience didn't feel so rushed but for the price it gets the job done. Grateful for a walk in option like this. read more

While I was a member, my care team was great -- but my cancellation process was absolutely maddening. I drove AN HOUR on February 13th to the Santa Ana location to cancel my Joint account, signed a form and was told I'm good to go. I left thinking all was well. I just received an attempt to charge my card AGAIN for March and called in to inquire why they were charging me when I already went out of my way to cancel. They told me they "never received an inquiry for cancellation." They then informed me "You're supposed to take the form with you and get a cancellation email when you cancel so that if this happens you have something to back you up." This was NEVER communicated to me during my cancellation visit and I did NOT receive a cancellation email. The front desk staff didn't follow procedure and *I* now have to inconvenience myself and go back AGAIN to cancel AND make sure I have proof? Absolutely ridiculous, unhelpful service and SOP. This has completely soured my experience with The Joint Santa Ana. Edit: I just looked at other reviews and this is a common issue....if you EVER want to be able to cancel, don't get any services here. read more

The Joint Chiropractic - Texted my bf that I canceled The Joint on Feb 13th -- they still tried to charge me for March. - Chiropractors Near Me - Santa Ana, California

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Dr. Clark for today's visit. This is the third time I've seen him and he is amazing. I went in on a Tuesday around 12:30. There was no weight and he was able to see me quick. Out of all of the joints I've been to he has been the best Dr. read more

Today I Called the office so I can get treated for sciatica and was in pain and the Automatic voice system answered and said my name (thinking my name is in the system) no one answered that's okay no worries, I go to the location The Dr greets me and ask for my number, He then tells me my name isn't in the system and he can't get me in bc he has to print papers and I have to sign them and do all that processing but I told the Dr I was a registered member and he then goes to the back and came back to the front desk and tells me he can't get me in because he doesn't know how to receive payments, How does a Doctor not Know how to receive payment?? Seems strange to me read more

Such a bad experience! They are not interested in you to heal. I had 2 months treatment here and after 2 months my pain in my hip is back even stronger! I barely can walk and do down in stairs is so much painful! When I got here and wanted to talk to doctor is I should repeat my treatment or I need something else - of course they want me to pay $45 so i left. Of course I gonna do better exam and maybe they caused that it's worth now. You work with people's health, be responsible! read more

I've been a member of The Joint for about three years now, and I can confidently say it's one of the best decisions I've made for my health. From the very beginning, I've been impressed by the overall efficiency of the clinic. No matter which location I go to. But I will say this is definitely my favorite one of all the OC locations The check-in process is quick and seamless, and the office is always spotless, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. This time, I had the pleasure of meeting Jay for the first time, and I was really impressed with him. He took the time to ask thoughtful questions, really listened to my concerns, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire session. He's incredibly personable, and it's clear that he truly cares about his patients' well-being. What stands out most about The Joint Chiropractic is not just the quality of care, but the consistently friendly and professional staff. Every visit has been a positive experience, and they make sure you feel valued as a member. The membership program itself has been fantastic--great value for the services and results you get. If you're considering chiropractic care, I highly recommend The Joint Chiropractic. The combination of excellent care, great results, and an amazing team makes it a top-notch choice! read more

Absolutely love coming here, Dr Jamshid is so nice, gave me lots of stretches to do and my hip and neck pain is significantly better after just 2 visits. It is so nice that you can just walk in at your convenience, get treatment and no longer have to live in pain. I went back on the prepaid package, so convenient. read more

Doctor Dana used to be here during the week and she was amazing. However, their new chiro Monday to Thursday is a complete waste of time. He does zero adjustments and will semi madsage your neck for ten minutes. He somehow did not understand the assignment. This place is now a complete waste of your time. Go to a different one read more

The overall services were ok, however do not sign up for the packages. I cancelled and it was hurdles to do so and I am still getting billed for packages and I relocated !! read more

Hello good morning!!! Do not go here!!! They do not disclose that if your new patient, depending on the doctor you will need to have reoccurring plan!! I wasn't told this, until I got there!! Had I known that the first time patient need to set up a reoccurring plan I wouldn't have scheduled with you guys!! They didn't tell me this until the day of my appointment. Why should I trust you guys in saying that I need a treatment plan, why should I trust you guys! I just wanted one adjustment that is all, witch you guys agreed when making the appointment then I get there and they receptionist is like ooo the doctor that your gonna see, doesn't just see you one time, he has to see you again if he puts you on treatment plan!! But why should I trust you, and who are you guys to say I need a treatment plan, how do I know that your not just trying to get money. If your "doctor" is not going to see one time patience once, then you guys need to disclose that when making the appointment, not when I get there!! You waisted my time!!! I was on my lunch break, and I didn't appreciate being told this the day of my appointment. They do not confirm appointments, you have verify with them, and they do no disclose certain things until you get there!! Avoid this place, because they just trying to rip you off and have no customer service!!!! read more

Dr. Vettes is AMAZING!! I fell off the bed last night with a million issues, and he was able to help me feel so much better quickly! Way less pain!!!! I'm so happy to have come here and that they are open on Sundays. read more

Came here once with my wife since she strongly recommended me to see a chiropractic doctor for my posture, and the experience's been very pleasant. Front desk staff is very professional and welcoming, and the doctor went through everything with me in detail, and answered all my questions with great patience. And as a doctor, since after the evaluation he truly believes there's no need for me to get chiropractic therapy sessions at all, they didn't even charge for my visit. Truly amazing, down-to-earth and honest staff here, really hard to find. read more

This review is for Dr. Argerich. My usual location was closed, so I drove over to the Santa Ana location. After one visit, I decided to continue visiting Dr. Argerich despite the longer commute. He is very thorough with his work and listens to his patients concerns. I have been to 5+ locations and many chiropractors rush you (granted, I understand they have many clients) but Dr. Argerich takes his time and will even help me stretch when my muscles are sore. I am so grateful for his help and I'll continue visiting him as long as he is part of the Joint team. Thanks for everything Dr. Argerich! read more

I've been to a few Joint Chiropractic centers, all were good, but Dr Dana by South coast plaza is the best, atleast for me. She took extra time to see what actually would suit my needs, also read my Cat Scan and reviewed it with me. I hope they keep her for a while. read more

I took a short term position in Long Beach and they have a Joint Chiropractic and I have visited there the past couple of months. I have been seeing Dr. Andy Ly and he does a limbering up of the muscles before he completes the adjustment. It really helps a great deal to get the whole body back in alignment. He is on site Tuesday-Saturday. read more

I love how quick I can come in and get adjusted! I called everywhere to get in and no one takes new appointments or is booked for a month and when you're in pain at the moment you need it now and not later! The joint takes walk ins, they have a great monthly affordable membership and the doctors do several fixes on you to ensure you leave feeling better then you came in. I'm obsessed and been telling everyone I know!! read more

Visited this office on 3/1/22 as an existing patient coming to this location for the first time. Dr. Dana is one of the sweetest Chiropractors I've ever met. She took her time and was very detailed out her adjusting set up which made for a really great and comfortable adjustment. She addressed my main complaints very well. He bedside manner is amazing! The wellness color was also polite and friendly. Great team! Will return whenever I'm in the area. read more

Wanted to take a few minutes and review THE JOINT CHIROPRACTIC; working on my second month of membership Dr.Brandon Antonissen has been working with me on my back, neck, and ankle issues. I've been pain free, I played a lot if basketball when I was younger and have been suffering from my ankle pain for years. I usually can stretch my leg out and rotate my foot and you can hear the cracking well no pain and no more cracking when I rotate my foot thank you Dr. Antonissen.......give it a try super affordable. read more

The place is clean, the staff is a awesome and I feel so much better! . Defiantly recommend

There's only one reason this location gets 5 stars, and that reason is Dr Cates. Dr Cates is the shiiiiii!!! Seriously, the man KNOWS exactly what he's doing. I've had chiropractors that jerk me around like a rag doll and others who need a few times to get it right. Dr Cates knows what needs to be done from a quick scan with his fingers and hands. TRUUUST MEEE!!! Sorry, doc. You're about to get busier! read more

I have seen plenty of chiropractors and Dr. Cates is by far the best. My spine is difficult to successfully adjust for most chiropractors because I have scoliosis and have had spinal surgery. A lot of my visits to other chiropractors would result in unsuccessful adjustments so I leave still feeling pain. I came in to see Dr. Cates for the first time expecting the same experience but the moment I laid down, he popped my back with the tap of his hand and I was shook. He was able to adjust parts of my spine that others have not been able to for the past few months and he made it seem easy. I am so glad to have visited this location and to have found Dr. Cates and will be back forever (or until he leaves the location). read more

My husband and I came last weekend to take advantage of the $29 new patient special. We are new to chiropractic and each have some health/physical issues we thought maybe this could help with. We each had a consultation/exam and adjustment with Dr Stephen Cates. I really liked him- he was professional and friendly. And I felt great after my adjustment! He gave us each suggested treatment plans (which were different by the way since we each had different issues going on - I was happy to see this was not a blanket one-size-fits-all approach!!). Kimberly at the front desk gave us information/ pricing on the monthly wellness plan and available session packages. I returned 2 days later and signed up for the monthly wellness plan. Dr Vettes did my adjustment that day & he was wonderful as well. My husband is going back next week and will sign up for a plan also. I've had a great experience with the Joint so far, looking forward to going back! read more

Wow wow wow!!! Dr Dana has been working on me for the last 2 months and she has helped me so much!! I'm on my feet all day doing hair. She listens to my needs and concerns, and always makes me feel right at home!! 5 stars definitely recommend read more

Needed an adjustment and the person at the front desk served absolutely no purpose. I don't even know what she does there . I'm a first time person coming here and she said that the system was down and couldn't do anything about it. Is there seriously no paper form? You just push away new customers when they walk in the door? No voucher or small gift card for the inconvenience? I had to drive from far away because this place was recommended and this is how you treat a customer as soon as they walk into the door ?Her attitude and tone were the worst , from that experience alone I wouldn't ever come back here read more

Dr Rodriquez today filling in. Nice guy!! We talked a lot about Az and NM! Anywhoo I'm a trk driver and he did a fantastic job adjusting me. My low back, shoulder blades and neck ya baby. Coming back in two weeks but he may not be here... waaah. Ok back on a Sunday 2 was later got Dr Vettes. Very knowledgeable and great adj. I will remember this place. Side it's close to Segerstrom Hall and very close for me when I'm in town!! read more

Charles Vettes is hands down the worst chiropractor I have ever been to, and I have seen over a dozen different ones. I went in with a slightly stiff neck, and Charles proceed to VIOLENTLY twist my neck in a manner I've never experienced before. He even said "I wasn't able to get any snaps, crackles, or pops without ripping your head off." ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? My neck is 3x stiffer and hurts a LOT more. Charles Vettes shouldn't be allowed to see or touch any patients ever again. You better believe I lodged a complaint with my home office and The Joint corporate office. read more

Excellent Service, I would highly recommend Dr. Stephen he is well trained and precise with every adjustment, firm yet gentle, I'm feeling better from two adjustments, my flexibility is coming back. Dr. Stephen Cates is great!!!!!!! I've had bad experiences with other chiropractors at other Joint locations. But Dr. Stephen Cates always fixes me back to normal. No doubt! He knows what he's doing and takes his time doing his job. He's amazing!! read more

Due to my work schedule, this is the only one that is convenient for me. They're constantly closing and it looks like they will not appear to open back up anytime soon. Last time I was here they said they would open the offices at a certain date, I come back and nowadays decided to keep it closed until a later date. They have no problem taking my money. This place is a scam. read more

Good chiro and technique. Quality of care is fine. Clean office. Nice staff. Chiro has plenty of experience.

I've dropped into this location on a couple occasions when my regular Chiro isn't available. Dr. Brandon definitely knows what he's doing! And I always leave this location feeling well adjusted and back to normal. The staff are always extremely friendly and the location is clean and inviting. I would definitely suggest the Joint location to anyone who's looking for a good adjustment! read more

I would always pass by The Joint and never thought of trying it out. A few customers from work told me about this place and I was having a pinch in my lower back. I went to my usual chiropractor and it seemed like he made the pain worse. Decided to try out The Joint and I'm so glad I did! The main doctor Stephen Cates is so great! He takes the time to check down my spine and see where I actually need to be adjusted. He also does pressure points which helps a lot for loosening up my muscles since I workout often throughout the week. My pinched nerve has gotten so much better and their membership plans are very reasonable. $69 per month for 4 adjustments and every adjustment after that is only $10, that isn't bad at all! read more
