Update: It's now August--10 months after the injury that my orthopedist stated I sustained here in October, and the surgery I ultimately had to undergo because of that injury in November. I am still struggling to return to normal activity and work, and I continue to experience constant, substantial pain every day. My orthopedist now believes I may need yet another, even more invasive shoulder surgery in an attempt to address the damage that was caused. The possibility of facing another major surgery after everything I've already been through has been incredibly difficult. Despite all of this, I still have not received any contact, refund, advice, assistance, or even a simple apology from the doctors or office since notifying them of the injury. Coming here was one of the worst decisions I've ever made for my health and well-being. I was skeptical because Dr. Alex was a, "viral" sensation. I've been to multiple chiropractors and they all get those cracks and I was thinking maybe his were enhanced because the microphone and it wasn't anything special but I had to give it a try. When I first tried to visit there was a 6 month wait list. When I came in the staff was friendly very professional. Dr. Alex went over my x-rays with me and I mentioned I wanted everything cracked. Full body please. He did give me some great cracks but the game changer for me was the Y strap. That ran all the way down my spine and I was in shock with how good it was and how much relief it provided. With every other adjustment I've gotten, I do feel relief, however it's just instantly. After every visit since the first, I feel the relief for daysss. He recently created a pillow called DozyBoy. I was also skeptical because I have so many pillows and I have not found a good one. This one is adjustable so I was able to remove filling to my liking. I'm on day two and it's pretty comfy. I recommend everyone give him a try at least once. read more

Unfortunately, I missed my appointment due to a work assignment and the very first thing they hit you with is a "...Since your appointment was missed, we do require another deposit of $99 in order to secure your appointment.". Keep in mind, I have yet to walk into this place of business and I'm already being charged another deposit. I've been going to Dr. Alex for two months now and I am so glad I found him. I've had lower back pain for so long due to a car accident I had 2 1/2 years ago. I have been working from home this past year so sitting down for hours a day made my lower back hurt even more. My lower back got so stiff to where I couldn't crack it myself anymore, was in constant pain, and had a hard time bending down.
