Dr Eli is simply the best! I was referred to his other practice in Lake Forest after I was injured in an accident and had the worst back pain. I had never been to a chiropractor before in my life, and admittedly I was scared for my first session because I didn't know what to expect. Dr Eli was extremely patient and understanding, and his calm approach eased my nerves. It's been a year and now and Dr Eli has this new practice and I've followed him here just because I simply can't imagine going to anyone else. He's consistently attentive, takes his time with you, and truly cares about helping you heal and to be better overall. I highly recommend West OC Chiropractic and Dr Eli for exceptional care. read more

I found Dr.Eli when he was still at South OC Chiropractor. I have never been to any chiropractor beforehand . Dr. Eli never ceases to amaze me with his healing powers and amazing friendly staff. I used to see him down south but now he is at more convenient location on the border of Costa Mesa and Santa Ana. I tweaked my back during a workout few days back before visiting Dr. Eli and he was able to pinpoint my injury and figure out the underlying cause. He also found out that the injury wasn't as bad as it seemed which was relieving. He made a full adjustment in me which had me back to working out the next day. I highly recommend Dr. Eli to anyone as he truly cares for his patients wellbeing and quality of life. Thanks to the wonderful staff as well for being so kind. read more

West OC Chiropractic has truly been life-changing for me. I injured my back while remodeling my front yard, stupidly hauling tons of gravel and large granite boulders incorrectly which caused an accidental slipped disc. Pain! I was in a lot of pain. With a personalized care, and gentle adjustments Dr. Navarrete provided immediate relief during the first treatment. In a short amount of time, he corrected my condition and I was back to normal. For exceptional chiropractic care, Dr. Navarrete got your back! (No pun intended) read more

I was recommended dr Eli from my sister. Dr Eli has magic hands. I literally went in with bag pain and issues. Dr Eli took X-rays and worked on my problem areas. I feel so much better and I feel like he really targeted and fixed my areas that were painful. read more

After giving birth, I had postpartum back pain that wouldn't go away. I came to see Dr. Eli and was so impressed by his skills, knowledge and attentiveness to patients. He took the time to ask questions about my issues and medical history and gave thoughtful treatments tailored to my needs. My pain level improved in a few visits. I trust him so much, I eventually brought my elderly mom and best friend to see him. He treated them both with the same care and attention that he did for me. My mom had a spine fracture from a fall and my friend has sever scoliosis. He took his time to answer all their questions and provide a holistic treatment plan for each. He even called in between visits to check on all of us and made sure we were ok. His office manager was also a pleasure to work with, super flexible, responsive and accommodating. Thank you, Dr. Eli. Great new Chiropractor spot in West OC. Dr Eli is very transparent on your needs and the office team is great.

There is nothing like the intellect, wisdom and insight of this practice! I have seen multiple chiropractors, and this is the only one who actually takes X-rays, fully examines you and completely knows human body mechanical function beyond imagination. I had two herniated discs in my lumbar spine, and after seeing spinal specialists, getting epidural steroid shots and doing extensive physical therapy, what actually made a difference was trying this practice. With the extensive X-rays, the Dr. noticed things within my spine and neck that the spinal specialist didn't even catch. The staff are all incredibly helpful, upbeat, positive, responsive and caring! It's such a joy each time I visit. This practice truly gave me hope again, after feeling very disheartened for so long. This practice truly has a route to healing for those needing individualistic, proactive and attentive care. read more
