Early into my pregnancy I found myself struggling with sciatica and round ligament pain like most moms do. Dr. Ron was amazing in providing safe adjustments for me and baby, education, and exercises to do at home throughout my entire pregnancy. I completely believe chiropractic care allowed me to work until 37 weeks and made my labor and delivery shorter and easier. Even after delivery, Dr. Ron has been great in helping me recover, even when I sit with poor posture to nurse and stare down at my baby's face after he's repeatedly told me not to. ‍ I love that they're open seven days a week and that there's no appointments- because let's be honest, making appointments with a newborn is hard! This place is a joke. I went on a Sunday because it was the only place I could find that was open. I barely made it walking in because of severe back and hip pain. The guy there said he couldn't adjust me until I had full range of motion with no pain. They arent able to treat people in pain because they dont have the means to loosen up your muscles. Dr. Ron is awesome! I'm a competitive powerlifter and competed two days ago and my back seized up doing a heavy squat. I have been struggling to move and stand up strait. Dr. Ron was able to pinpoint exactly what was going on. I was a little hesitant to have it adjusted because it's been painful in the past. He was able to adjust it easily without causing any pain. I could immediately stand up straiter with less pain. I love that they are open 7 days a week and no appointments are needed. I'll be back! read more

I was auto billed for membership witch was only supposed for two months.On the third month, When I went to cancel the same day I was charged, they would not refund my 69$.What a joke. My wife was turned away at 5:50pm because she's a new patient (they normally close at 7). Her neck had been hurting her all day. Normally, she just pushes through the pain, but today was especially bad. Adjustments had helped her before, so she called the Joint to schedule an appointment. They mentioned they don't take appointments, but did NOT mention anything about new patients having to arrive before 5:45. When we arrived at 5:50, we were told there wasn't enough time for us to complete the paperwork, have a consultation, and get an adjustment before they close. There was no one else in the waiting room. They said we'd need to arrive before 5:45 for there to be enough time (again, they close at 7). Had they told us this one the phone or had it been posted on their website, I would have left work early to take her in. Because they didn't my wife is still in pain. read more

I just want to encourage you if you have back Problems , neck problems , joint problems of any kind at all please Don't listen to anyone that says anything bad about chiropractic care!! For years I refused to even give it a chance . I thank God that I humbled myself and at my wits end gave it a shot. Because if I would not have given it a shot I may not be walking today. They are amazing miracle workers ,maybe not every single place or every single doctor but definitely this location . Dr. Ron is awesome!! I initially nearly crawled in there and after three or four adjustments , I went from not being able to stand up straight and barely walk to walking better than I was before!! I thank God for this place and for Dr. Ron and the others of course. He is just my personal favorite and I highly recommend that you come and see him. I have three ruptured discs in my back , osteoarthritis in my spinal cord and degenerative disc disease . Most people will say stay away from chiropractors because they will just make you worse ...well that is a lie and probably came from someone who had a bad experience with someone who didn't know what they were doing !! I assure you at the joint chiropractic care , at every single location you'll find your favorite doctor and he or she will change your life forever . Of course with God's help !! I absolutely love the joint! Specifically Dr. Ron. From my last trimester and After having my little one I've had on going pain in my lower back and glutes. Especially after a intense workout or lifting heavy things. I'd tried a variety of chiropractors and physical therapy. Nothing worked til I went here and he adjusted me. He knows what he's doing and I'd recommend him to absolutely anyone and have done so. Don't believe that "the joint" isn't a real chiropractic office. I've paid a good amount for chiropractors who truly didn't know what they were doing. The only difference here is that it's great care for a whole lot less! read more

Watch your bank account. I went to this Chiropractic office for a specific problem with my elbow. After three visits the doctor realized he could not solve my issue. After seeking an opinion from a neurologist, surgery was scheduled and my problem is fixed. My issue with the joint is that the doctor told me he could not solve my condition, which I do not have a problem with. So I stopped seeking their service. Why continue? After I stopped treatment, for which I could not be treated, they continued to auto bill me. They continued for months and months and months and months and months. Three visits ended up costing me over 700.00. That is what I have a problem with. Yes, I must have signed up for auto billing. But I did NOT realize it continued FOREVER! Unfortunately, I used my HSA account and did not get a statement until the beginning of the year. I did visit the office to hopefully, get some type of resolution. Of course, there was none. When I asked the receptionist if I died would they continue to bill me, she said 'yes'. So there you go! Now it makes me think, if you provide great service, why do you need to auto bill each month. People would come back if you provided great service. If I could have rated 0 stars, I would have! read more
