The room is spacious with good mirror placement. Great lighting and atmosphere. Friendly staff. Benton Park studio is small, but very pretty. The mirrors are gorgeous but they are a bunch of actual house mirrors put together as opposed to a fitness studio full length mirror so it's a little more difficult to see your reflection. Great lighting though. Classes are casual but informative. Good attention paid to students of varying levels. I prefer a slightly more formal structure, but it's friendly. I hope they can open a larger studio closer to the city!

And since at least one or two of the flows will be repeated in many classes, yogis have a chance to see their practice grow and expand, which is always so encouraging for students.

I love everything about this studio...the owner is fantastic, the instructors are varied but all are top-notch, the space is inviting and they have all of the props, their class schedule aligns well with my schedule, and they are less than 10 from my house. What's not to love about all of that?!?! The coolest thing about this studio is that all of their classes and instructors focus on helping students improve on their practice. There is always space in the class that allows students to personalize their practice or work on focus areas. There are also all kinds of events and pop-up classes that are included in membership - I'm pretty excited for the celestial flow class this weekend! I'm currently on day four and the only reason I skipped a day was because I needed a rest day but had my body not needed it I would've gone back for more! Allison, Katie, and Heather all taught the warm vinyasa classes I've tried out and all of their sequences have been so fun and challenging. It has been a few years since I had my last practice back in maplewood so I am so so happy that this studio is right across the highway from my house! (4 minute drive? A dream) It's also great that they have two other studios I can practice in as well in chesterfield and Wentzville. They have lots of workshops and they're currently planning a retreat in Bali. I've always wanted to go on a retreat and love that it's an option with people from my area. There was a woman asking questions about it who was so kind. Everyone I've interacted with so far has been kind. Clean studio, little shop at the front including products like lululemon and manduka, iPad check-in, shelves for personal items and locker room. Mat cleaner inside the rooms and cold towels during shavasana. Little shopping center but has a lot of spaces in the parking lot. Can't wait to try sculpt + flow tomorrow, mat Pilates next week and yin! Excited to see how this place will continue to challenge me and help me with my practice! They also have a large schedule from early morning to late evenings. There are two different packages - one for just this location and one for all locations. They are higher priced then most gyms but I do feel it is worth it. They also will give your friends a free trial to come try out the location with you before enrolling them. They genuinely want to make sure the gym is the right fit for you and do not pressure you to join.
