Both times for injuries affecting my training and daily activities (e.g., ability to walk, work, etc. - let alone race). To me it is important to share: This practice crossed very serious ethical and professional boundaries during the course of my care. When I raised concerns in an attempt to resolve the issues, my concerns were not addressed. The issues persisted and in fact escalated. Rather than addressing any of this, OPC instead terminated my care. Following termination, I dealt with repeated contact and inappropriate behavior from individuals associated with the practice, actions which were intrusive and extremely distressing. All of this significantly affected my sense of safety and well-being and continues to do so. Patients enter clinical care expecting professionalism, boundaries, ethical conduct, and accountability. Those standards were certainly not upheld. I have had great experiences at many other practices across the St. Louis region. I cannot more strongly recommend that patients look elsewhere.

I'm supposed to be home feeding my.little girl who has down syndrome. My wife has waited as long as 2 hrs past her time. Again, we are still patients. The wait is worth it as our issues are getting resolved health wise, but you'll want to plan ahead like bring a book like war and peace or build a house while waiting or I don't know solve time travel. First appointment included a few photos to document my current alignment and then a short video to cover chiro care (helpful if this is all new to you). Upon meeting Dr. M she was friendly, even though she did confirm I had received chiropractic adjustments in the past, she still treated me as a new patient. Explaining details to me and everything she was doing through the initial appt. During my second visit Dr. M reviewed her findings with me and also discussed the care she recommends for her findings. Again she used charts and diagrams to really help me understand exactly what was happening with my body and how she would anticipate the course of treatment over time will help. After my adjustment I proceeded to the therapy area where I laid for about 10 min on a table that rolled up and down my back to set the adjustment I just had done. Christe has been adjusting me and my mom for a long time. She remembers me from before I can even…read moreremember when I would come as my mom got her back adjusted. My mom has been rear ended four times, causing a LOT of pain in her back and hips--one of her legs is shorter than the other as a result of slamming the breaks right after being hit to prevent the car from flying forward. Doctor Boen has offered my mom a lot of relief, with the addition of offering wellness advice. My mom got hip surgery, which helped her pain as well but still gets adjusted and feels relief from tension buildup. As for me, I started coming in more frequently in high school. I ran track and xc and still live a pretty active lifestyle. With running often comes injury, which was the case for me countless times.
