I wanted to leave a review for Dr. Glynn as this is the first time in my life that I felt the need to be seen on the spot. Out of the blue I started experiencing extremely tight muscles down my neck and into my shoulder on the right side. It was very uncomfortable and I was afraid I would have to cancel my road trip because of it. I went to The Joint because they take walk-ins and have a very affordable rates to be seen as a new patient. I learned that he attended Life West Chiropractic where my former Chiropractor teaches and whom he had attended several classes with. He was able to relieve most of the tension immediately and assured me I should be fine to drive in the morning. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a chiropractor that can get you feeling better again in no time. read more

Drove 45-minutes with a dislocated rib only to find this sign. Great. Free visit for existing members. Does nothing for me. Sought this place out because of the extended hours and walk-ins welcome. Neither of which were true at this location anyway. Can't speak for the chain. You should have put a message on your voice mail stating you were closed rather saying you were open until 7pm and that walk-ins are welcome. While I understand that a lot of people have had positive experiences with The Joint, I unfortunately did not. My 1st treatment here, the chiropractor wrenched on my neck when I wasn't ready and I ended up having neck pain for 3 days. I went in for a 2nd treatment and had a different chiropractor who I immediately asked to not touch my neck for an adjustment just out of fear of what happened during my first adjustment. So, he went to work on my back. He tried twisting my back trying to get it to crack and when I kept saying OUCH! OUCH! he just told me something afterwards like "we're just trying to get the kinks out". If a patient is saying OUCH! that is your que to STOP! Later that day I started having extreme lower back spasms. The next day I went to urgent care and tried to contact The Joint about the results of their treatment and didn't receive a response for two days. When I did receive a response, that was just to have the front desk girl tell me that the manager has been on vacation. When the manager, Jude, got back to me she was very sweet but her hands were completely tied as she wasn't able to cancel any memberships without the owners consent. It took 4 days in total to finally hear from the owner and get my situation remedied and it was the most unpleasant conversation I've had to go through with someone. I was accused numerous times of trying to "hurt a business" vs just saying, "hey, we're sorry that your back is injured. We wish we could've have done something to help. We'll get your membership cancelled and your money refunded." INSTEAD of that, I had to get in a heated disagreement with the owner who wasn't willing to issue my full refund, kept leaning on a contract and saying "well if you would've read the first part of your contract that says you may feel some level of discomfort after your first adjustment". Having severe enough muscle spasms where you need to go to urgent care is not just "some level of discomfort". Either way, the whole conversation was geared around a business owner looking after his bottom line and I just felt insulted and made to feel like the pain I was in had nothing to do with the treatment of this business. While I believe this owner does have the best intentions for taking care of people, what falls terribly short is how he failed to understand that the idea of taking care of someone goes much further than the adjustment of someone's spine. Ultimately this is a gigantic glaring customer service issue in dealing with a customer who had a bad experience and there were so many aspects of this that could've gone so much better. This has easily been one of the worst experiences I've ever been through and I'll never support this business again. read more

Dr. Brownley is awesome! I have been coming here since 2020 and have always appreciated how personable and thorough he is. Since they don't take insurance I use my HSA for these visits and it's definitely well worth it. Whether I'm feeling stiff from long days of desk work or lifting weights, I know I can pop into the Joint to feel better. There have been a couple of rotating Doctors that have been hit or miss, but if I walk-in on days Dr. Brownley is in I know I'll leave feeling great. No appointments, just a walk-in queue so sometimes the wait can be upwards of 45 mins at peak times, but mostly I can get seen within 15 mins if I time it right. Great care, accessible location, couple of options on payment (monthly or packs of visits). read more

My neck is visibly crooked and one of my shoulders is lifted an inch higher than the other. The doc didn't notice. Not a good sign. The treatment was fine albeit painful. He shared nothing enlightening, although he seemed impressed by what he was sharing. Finally, he kept calling me "kiddo"...I'm 38. I find that very inappropriate. TLDR: Avoid This Place! Terrible customer service! Walking by today and decided to check out their new patient offer. I ask the lady at the desk how long it's going to take as my wife is waiting on me. About 30 min, she replies, there's only this one person ahead of you. I start filling out the paperwork and instead of placing me in the queue, she waits till AFTER ITS DONE. Now it's 15 min later and there are 4 people ahead of me. I ask her why she didn't put me in the queue and she's super rude about it. "Can't put you in the queue until the paperwork is done". The first guy is still sitting there 15 min later. Only one doctor on site and she still says ohh it's going still going to be less than the 30 minutes. Total waste of time with crappy customer service! Avoid This Place! read more

This is the first time coming here, I was a little achy, and scared, the doctor talked to me and made me feel at ease, he adjusted and cracked me from top to bottom I had-no idea I could make that much noise! I believe the doctor is Dr. Brownley and let me tell you how amazing he is... I was in town from LA for the holidays with fam and I woke up and couldn't walk on my left leg. The Joint was the only place open and available for an appointment. I got real freaking lucky because the doctor was SO knowledgeable, kind, considerate and badass. First, I had a massage last week with Sue @ Mesa Massage. I am having severe shoulder, neck, arms, lower back pain. Sue worked on me 1 1/2 hours. Wow!!! I was sore and a little bruised but to be expected and With lots of h20 pain was better each day. Sue suggested to see The Joint as im having this chronic Pain . I went on saturday and filled out paper work and 20 min later I saw Dr Win. He went over my pain and worked his magic. The next day I felt so much better. From the start, I was extremely skeptical by going to a large national chain of chiropractic storefronts that adjust your spine. While I am a true believer in chiropractic treatment, I do not like to go to just anyone or anywhere since damage can result if it is not done with extensive training, care and practice. After days of migraines spurring from the base of my skull, I knew I had to try something. I came in for their $29 consultation, exam and adjustment. The space is very clean and modern with a pleasant diffuser aroma and hip music. June at the front desk is very nice and willing to answer any questions. I was a bit concerned that no x-rays were performed, however, I am over all very healthy. Also, the fact that it is somewhat of a 'come and go' place where one patient is treated right after another like an assembly line had me a bit apprehensive. Dr. Brownley, the owner and one of two chiropractors practicing here (primarily Mondays) is extremely welcoming, focused and skilled. He asks many questions regarding pain score, areas of concern and does not "jump right in" to problematic areas without working on the surrounding areas that play a part. If there is a question of a larger issue (i.e. fracture, osteoarthritis, etc), he will recommend further evaluation or studies elsewhere prior to chiropractic treatment. He truly shows concern and interest in each individual. As with anything, there is no quick fix to problems but it instead requires multiple, more frequent visits that can be tapered down to once a week. If you pay for your first month, you receive unlimited visits that month which is extremely beneficial to give your spine a jump start in repairing its proper alignment. Following months cost $79 a month for four visits, then $10 for any additional visits if you like. What is ideal is they accept HSA and FSA's! After an adjustment, you can feel a rush of adrenaline into your extremities and head that were once deprived. It has definitely helped with my posture and headaches while reminding myself of the importance of self-care. read more

Really good service, the main chiropractor, whose name is escaping me right now, is really nice and conscientious. I always appreciate his professionalism and bedside manner. There was a chiropractor here that I wouldn't recommend, he didn't do anything wrong per-say but I just did not feel comfortable with him. He has left the office and I have not had much interaction with the new chiropractor. The assistants at the front desk are always so good when it comes to working with me. I have had some money trouble and have canceled my account, restarted it and now have it frozen. They are so good about giving me all of my options and I am grateful that they don't make feel bad about my financial situation.
