Crystal is an amazing chiropractor! I found her from SB Moms FB page and also, from great reviews on Yelp. I have had lower back pain on and off the last 6 years after having three child. My symptoms were- I had a pinching in my lower back and it caused my leg to twitch. Or I would be on my stomach stretching and my legs would go numb after during a cobra pose. After 5 sessions with Crystal, the twitch went away. I am feeling so much relief and have little to no pain anymore. But I always look forward to my check-ins with her to maintain alignment on a monthly basis. In addition, she is always on time for her appointments and a joy to be around! Crystal Chiropractic was highly recommended by my obstetrician and after only one visit, I can see why. I experienced shortness of breath and extreme back and shoulder pain throughout my entire pregnancy but after just one visit with Crystal, I could suddenly breathe again and I slept great for the first time in months. It felt like a weight had been lifted off my chest. I was able to move around easier and I felt so much lighter. I saw Dr. Crystal for an initial consult. The appointment was easy to schedule over the phone. I was able to schedule to see her within a week - this has been imposible with other providers in the community. Dr. Crystal's receptionist was very friendly over the phone and in person. There has been amazing improvement in my dog Tucker since I have been getting him weekly adjustments. Tucker is almost 15 years old and had fallen down a stairwell. He could not walk for a month. I found Dr. Crystal when I was pregnant and suffering horrible migraines. I was desperate and actually arrived in tears a couple of times. She was great. As a pregnant woman I found the staff and set up to be very welcoming and comforting, and knowing that Dr. Crystal worked with pregnant ladies, children and babies I felt safe. After a few sessions with Dr. Crystal my migraines cleared up completely, and the normal pain in my lumbar and sacral joint from a long ago car accident was kept at bay. Without chiropractic care I'm sure it would have been worse with a huge belly. I saw Dr. Crystal throughout my pregnancy and I truly believe that she helped me to have an easy, happy, relatively pain free pregnancy. At three weeks postpartum I am still seeing Dr. Crystal and I brought my little baby girl in for her first adjustment. I am a believer. I've always wanted to go to a chiropractor but my mom always was like "Nah", okay now that I'm 30 with a 5 year old I feel like I'm in the body of a 50 year old! I went to crystal not knowing what to expect and was thrown off because she seemed more like a friend rather than a medical professional. Wellll fast forward a month and I must say I feel so much better! She's great and she knows what she is doing. I have pretty bad posture and because of that I had a small little "bump" in my neck. I found Dr Crystals chiropractor location on my way to work one morning, I went in and felt welcomed, and I gotta say Dr Crystal is the most nicest Dr. I've ever met. I gotta say I was never too aware of a chiropractors carrier, I guess I was a little skeptical. After talking to Dr crystal about my life habits, nutrition, and sports carrier she explained to me how my body needed adjustments in order to perform like I wanted to. Won't be going back and would not recommend. The office is inviting yet unprofessional. I waited well past my appointment time before being seen. The doctor was pleasant, but had her children (approx. 5 yrs. + newborn) in the office with her on the day I visited. Typically I'd be understanding of this if it did not detract from the business, but instead the kids seemed to be the focus of the doctor's attention, distracting from my time with her and infringing on patient privacy as the young girl ran around flinging doors open and closed wherever she felt like to talk to her mom while appointments were in session. To top it off, as an "in-network" provider for my insurance, the office refused to comply with copay as listed in my SPD and charged me five times as much. Now I'm spending copious amount of time on the phone with insurance company to go through the grievance process for reimbursement since the provider processed the claim for correct amount, but charged me more than that.
