I always find a parking spot on the outside with easy access available and have yet to enter parking garage but they do have one available. I have been going to get adjustments since it opened with most recent visit being 11/29/23 from Dr.Tim Nawrocki. He is very knowledgeable and not rough like some chiropractors. He's also friendly, punctual, and caring too. I notice that my back and neck always feel better when I keep regular visits. Another amazing experience about this office is it's so easy to book your appointments. If your like myself and only remember things after hours or if you love texting verses calling or both they have an app which is very convenient! I love it and they text you 48 hours before your appointment then 24 hours then on the day of so you don't forget or you have time to cancel because I was getting to that next, they will charge you a fee if you cancel appt last minute but they will work with you as far as if an emergency were to come up so they aren't going to just profit on you being late but they make it hard for you to be late with the reminders. lol! Last but not least, it is not inexpensive but it's totally worth it when your pains start to ease up and you start to feel better. I used to think how can a chiropractor really work on you in 15 min or less but they can if they know what they are doing! Everyone is different of course but if you have pain and looking for help this place is a good start or finish if you're lucky. I'm still going here 1-2 times a month at the moment but better than 3-4 when I first started.

The facility is spotlessly clean, and I love the calming atmosphere. I've visited him several times over the last few years for back pain. He has solved so many issues I didn't even realize were related. Once I had this terrible shooting pain in my toe that wouldn't go away, and a slight soreness in my back. He showed me that the pain in my toe was because my back was crooked and was pinching a nerve that led to my toe. After he corrected me, no more pain. Amazing. Thanks Dr. Parent!

After 56 years of pushing my body to its limits - chasing one outdoor adventure after another, I…read moredecided it would make sense to get my bones and joints "checked out" by a professional. I just returned from my second visit. Before going I hadn't had particular injury or any noticeable pain that I thought usual for someone my age. I had no perceived ideas about going - just needed to find someone that seened trustworthy and close to home (according to internet). As with most new experiences I went totally open to the process. I am absolutely amazed at the immediate and profound difference it has made. Apparently I have had stiffness, tightness, perhaps a creak here and there, but I had grown used to it as was hardly noticeable. I had no idea how BIG of a difference such a little (and totally unnecessary) stiffness could make. Dr Nguyen is my first EVER Chiropractor and I can't imagine anyone being any better. He is friendly, attentive and loves what he does. What he does is - improves people quality of life even when they don't know they even need it.

For context, I went through at least 2 years of unexplained and unresolved nerve pain and tingling, body aches, digestion issues, etc with zero answers from doctors as to what was going on. Back then she was the only person I could trust because every time I walked in her office for treatment she healed me and no matter how discouraged I was over what was happening to my body, she spoke life and healing into me and I will forever be grateful for that. Today, I am doing much much better after extensive lab work that revealed some root causes and deficiencies so now I don't rely as much on chiropractic care the way I did in the past as I no longer have any nerve issues or pain but I highly, highly recommend Dr Perez if you do and need support in that area. Her format for doing adjustments is a lot different and softer (it will make you question if it's working in the beginning but trust me it is!) but she knows exactly what's she's doing and how to get the brain to communicate with the rest of the body. Sophia and the rest of the staff are also extremely friendly and provide stellar customer service via phone or text. This is hands down a five star operation and I'm so thankful I found this place years ago and although I'm moving on from the Dallas area, I will still visit whenever I'm in town. Thank you, Dr Perez for everything

Avoid Genesis Back & Neck - Misleading Practices, Unproven Treatments, and Deteriorating Health…read more I feel obligated to share my experience as a warning to others. Genesis Back & Neck pressured me into paying several thousand dollars upfront for a treatment plan that not only failed to help my condition--it made it worse. Despite arriving with an existing cervical spine MRI, I was urged to start an aggressive and expensive regimen immediately. I was assured the treatments were medically necessary and based on sound science. I was also told the CareCredit financing would remain interest-free--only to find out later that the 0% rate was temporary and would skyrocket to 29.99% after 18 months. This was never disclosed during their high-pressure sales pitch, of which I have an audio recording. Even more disturbing: after months of therapy, a follow-up MRI showed my condition had worsened substantially. I was in more pain than when I started. It became clear that my treatment plan ignored the very real imaging I provided at the outset. Since then, I've learned that many of the therapies used--including the much-hyped DRX9000--have been debunked or lack credible scientific support. A detailed NBC News investigation exposed the same types of tactics and unsupported claims being used across similar "pain clinics," and Genesis seems to follow the same playbook. Check it out for yourself: https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/patients-pay-thousands-back-pain-treatment-little-scientific-evidence-it-n1247993 This is not just about ineffective care. It's about deceptive financial practices, unethical medical judgment, and ultimately, patient harm. I've requested a full refund and plan to escalate my complaint to the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners, CareCredit, and other authorities. If you're considering Genesis Back & Neck, don't be fooled by their flashy marketing or exaggerated success claims. Protect your health, your money, and your peace of mind--and go elsewhere.
