A very convenient location, close to work and home. I'm a massage therapist and bang up my body on the regular so it's great having them to help me stay healthy. Plus it's quick: I've come in on my lunch break to get straightened out between clients. I like the membership too. Very affordable and I get four adjustments per month. Dr. Arnold does a great job. This place is great! People are nice to deal with and Dr. Del Rio knows his stuff. He scrutinized the x rays of my lower spine, saw how messed up it was and then went to work. So after getting a call that says my account wasn't put on hold correctly (but they were properly putting it on hold now)I was refunded 1 month not all the months I have been paying even after being given advice to stop until I get the ok from a doctor. I have yet again been charged. 2nd review. So I loved the service when I went there but I signed up for 1 month which is what my roommate did and I'm still being charged. I keep calling and the girl told me I'd be getting a call from Robert and until he gets a hold of me she will put a hold on my account.... still no call back and I'm still being charged. I was also told by the dr that they wanted to wait on any further treatments as I do have a spinal fracture and he wanted my medical records transferred. So A) I signed up for 1 month and I'm still being charged months later and B) even the dr said to not continue (purchase more months) until they received my medical records. And I'm still being charged. First review: So far I have come in twice and I am so happy I did. Robert up front is amazing and the dr.s are wonderful. I finally have relief and can say I'm pain free. I still go in bcuz occasionally I'll sleep wrong or sit weird at work and I get all tweeked and bent. Totally worth the inexpensive price. All I can tell you, the staff is amazing. I love how much they pay attention to your needs. Kelly is such a sweetheart, funny, caring, and very personable. My daughter and I both came in for the special the same day, apparently we left signing for the monthly membership. It is well worth it. The chiropractors are phenomenal, especially Dr. Del Rio and Dr. Jim. I mentioned my right side has been giving me problems for months. The service here SUCKS and I'll never visit this location not any of the franchises ever! I went in and needed to be readjusted, the girl at the front desk gave her endless spill and made it be know I needed to purchase a package or membership. Every year or so I get stiffness in my neck and go to my local chiropractor to be readjusted. I don't like feeling pressure like I HAVE to purchase anything,I don't know if it's in the training they receive but customers shouldn't feel bullied into purchasing things and on top of that I was waiting in the lobby close to 35 minutes and others customers who came after me were being seen immediately. I eventually walked out because I refuse to give money to any business that has such bad customer service and when I left the girl at the front finally realized I had left and tried to get me to come back...again I'll never come to this business again! read more

Very professional and polite friendly staff and doctors. Price is low. The reason I don't recommend this location are for the following reasons: 1) none of the doctors can write a doctors note for work (my other Chiropracter's could); 2) the consistency of the adjustment. Some doctors are more thorough than others. I wish all performed at the same great level; 3) poor relationship management with patients. Going to one doctor or at least an office that maintains a log where doctors review the log when a patient comes in, makes me feel more at ease that the doctor can tell if I progressed or not since my last adjustment and knows my lifestyle and the impact on my health during the current visit. 4) no refunds. I bought a 10 pack and paid in full a few hours later when I confirmed they don't offer doctors notes I tried to cancel and was denied. I used all my visits. I recommend one go to a single doctor, even if the price may be higher. The owner contacted me to tell me they do offer doctors notes. Either the doctors and receptionist didn't have any clue they had the capability to do so when I was there and that has now changed, or the owner is wrong. Ask before you commit to a plan at this place. read more

My back went out Tuesday night and I was in excruciating pain. I went to the Brea office, lying on an ice pack, waiting for them to open. When they did, I walked in very slowly, hunched over, to try to be seen. The doctor informed me that he couldn't see any new patients because he didn't have a morning receptionist to take my history. I was appalled that a business offering walk in service, $29 for new patients did not have the employee coverage to help some who was obviously in pain. Don't waste your time on the Brea location. So I was looking for a chiro open on Saturday and yelped and found this place. The young lady on the phone was nice and when I arrived she was very nice and welcoming. If you are a first timer plan on being there for awhile. They have you fill out a bunch of digital forms and have you watch a video. So here is the disclaimer *if you have an active work comp claim for your back or any related issue to why you are there don't go! I just wanted a basic adjustment, told the receptionist I had a work comp claim but she failed to mention to me that they can't work on me. It wasn't until over an hour when I went back to get adjusted and was telling the chiro my history when he told me he can't work on me. I told him I told the receptionist. Now I totally understand and respect that he won't treat me but that should have been caught right away, not over an hour of me filling out forms and waiting. Very frustrating and the receptionist seemed confused when I told her the chiro wouldn't treat me! So I am only writing this to warn others and not make the same mistake also, be aware they will try and ups ale you on a package or monthly treatments. If you are just looking for a quick one time adjustment or an adjustment as needed this is not the place. I only came here because my regular chiro is out of town. Lesson learned. read more

This place is terrible!!! My daughter was seen here Monday and was adjusted. Daniel recommended she get an MRI, which he is not a doctor and dosnt know Nutting more than I do when it comes to recommending that. They then tried to set my daughter up with the Youth plan and I just paid for the one time and said I'd come back. I came back and was asked if I had an MRI and they refused service to us. Worst place ever, I was never told I couldn't come back without and MRI. IF I get an MRI and my daughter is find I sure hope they pay the cost!! read more
