Took my 16 year old son in who plays football and refuses to stretch or do any of his ankle PT, etc. Doc seemed to think I was an overbearing girlfriend or something until about halfway through when he changed his tone. Not all joint locations are created equal. This is the first time I tried the location on Parmer Lane. A friend had recommended this location. I didn't get the name of the Doctor who was working today but it was a Wednesday after 1 p.m. I truly appreciated the skill and patience of the chiropractor. I tend to hold in anticipation, but he was patient to wait for my body to let go before he did the adjustments and it made all the difference. Definitely a five-star experience! read more

Magical. That's really how I'd sum up my experience here, knowing full well that sounds ridiculous. They don't do appointments, you have to just walk in when you can. I've been here several times, and each visit has been incredible. The space is clean, the staff are all professional and friendly, and everything moves quickly. Your first appointment is the longest. That's when the doctor will assess your issues and determine a treatment plan. I went in for some major low back pain and left with a quick realignment, a wellness plan, and an ice pack. So far all of those things have been essential in my improvement. I was also emailed a video of stretches that would help my pain. After a couple of visits my pain improved and now I barely feel it. Each time I go, I leave feeling better. I have a few more visits scheduled as part of my wellness plan. Give this place a shot if you've ever been curious about going to the chiropractor. read more

After my first alignment, my family and friends told me that it wasn't smart to get more alignments if they hadn't done X-rays and because they don't do X-rays here I called the same day to cancel my future appointments. I called to cancel on July 7th and I didn't receive my refund until August 24th. I wouldn't be upset but the fact that I had to email them multiple times to remind them is what really bothered me. read more

Saturday I went to the Louis Henna location in Round Rock and they told me to come back on Sunday if I didn't feel better. I did BUT because they do not allow you to make appointments you are really at the mercy of how many people have shown up before you...and there were 5 people in the lobby. And when you are not feeling well and in pain, sitting in a lobby for what could potentially be an hour or longer wait is not something you want to do. After sitting there for 15 minutes and no one going back to see the doctor, I called and found a different location with less people waiting and went to that location. At the rate they were seeing people I could have been there well over an hour. This type of chiropractic care may be great for maintenance but it's not conducive for people in pain and do not want to sit in a waiting area for treatment. At both locations, I also got the since that you are just a person waiting for an adjustment without any real doctor patient interaction. Snap, crackle & pop then out the door you go. Not the type care I'm looking for. I want a more attentive type doctor. read more

After getting extreme sciatic nerve pain from a new ultra plush (to soft, no support) mattress bought a few months ago I decided to go to the joint. After 2 adjustments at braker lane location and Researching their web site, I found Dr. Marc Richardson DC (Parmer location) and based on his bio I was impressed. Now I have been going for 3 weeks now and feel like I'm getting better. Very affordable at $69 month for 2 month minimum you get 4 visits each month and extra visits are only $10. I highly recommend the joint as I have referred 3 people already. Additionally, Marc is a veteran, lots of rehab experience and a real family man with 8 children. Highly recommended! read more

Dr cole, it's an excellent chiropractor. Since day I step a foot on this location, I have been extremely happy with my results. she has been always kind, compassionate about my horrible pain very Informative and patience with all my needs and single questions. She truly cares for how you feel I makes sure to keep a close watch on every improvement week by week. I feel so much better with her adjustments and all of her suggestions. She has restored faith into my back getting much better. All the other previous visits at the physical therapist never made me feel this good. Avoid this location, they try and push patients in and out as quickly as possible. Other locations spend more than 1 minute on you but for some reason this location everyone I see is done In less than a minute. First time adjustment was a decent experience but the second one was a waste of time and will probably go to my old joint location tomorrow to get a better adjustment. read more

Unfortunately I won't be returning to this location, and was highly turned off by the lack of follow up and inability to make me feel like I mattered as a patient. Several hours after I had an adjustment at the office I found myself in excruciating pain which turned out to be a kidney stone. The following day after being in the ER I emailed Drew to ask if the pain I had been experiencing (and reason for chiro visit) was possibly due to the kidney stone and also if I should continue treatment while I was waiting for it to pass. Drew advised he would pass the info on to the DR and have him contact me. 24 hours later I decided to call and talk to the Dr. to follow up and he indicated they had been busy and how many patients they had seen. Sorry, but if you don't have time to call a patient back within a full day about a hospitalization I'm done! The doctor acted like he was too busy to be bothered with me and acknowledged he had seen the email but forced me to state my reason for the call. Wow, talk about feeing less than valuable as a patient. Apparently you get what you pay for at the joint. Not sure I'll be keeping my membership they sold me. So, moral of the story is, you won't get much personal attention at this location at least. read more

Make sure that you read the fine print. I met with the Chiropractor and was told I would get a treatment plan that lasts 3 weeks and would get 10 alignments. They signed me up on a membership and couldn't cancel it until the second month. So, my great deal ended up costing me an extra $79. The Joint states that they accept walk-ins and are open until 7pm. At 6:23 I went in, and attempted to explain why I was there. The receptionist interrupted me to ask if I was a new patient or an existing one. I explained I was a new patient, just referred by my doctor to head over there. He interrupted me again to let me know they don't accept new patients after 6:00pm. I asked him if he could refer me somewhere else that might be able to help, and I was told no. I visited this location due to pain in my neck. I was in severe pain and need some relief. The "doctor" I saw was pleasant but I'm not sure of his credentials. After the treatment I was in 110 times more pain in my shoulder now. I could barely stand/sit to check out. I almost passed out twice driving home due to the pain. A couple of hours later had to rush to the ER. I now have a pinched nerve. I have been off work for several days and am told by a real doctor that it could take weeks if not months to heal from it. I will never allow someone to play with my neck again after this experience. Be careful. I guess you get what you pay for. read more

i showed up 20 minutes before my appointment - was instructed there was another new client that would be seen before me... after she completed her intake info i would be able to complete my information (only ony ipad). ok so be it.... i complete my intake info - another previous client comes in and was told he would be after me but couldn't wait (also instructed of a price increase!) and left... meantime i completed my intake and am waiting another 15 minutes...then another previous client comes in and is informed they would be seen after me. he says ok no worries and waits as i do... drew the receptionist explains this to dr mark richardson.....as he checks out the previous new client .... and the doc disappears and calls the older client.... after i had been there over an hour there (this guy sat there 10 minutes!!!!) is absolutely nothing like getting the middle finger from a medical caretaker -wtf--- you will absolutely be treated second class if you are not an insurance lawsuit or previous client !!! read more
