    The only thing I was given was the claim ticket

    we dropped this item off almost a year ago. It is a family heirloom -Elgin railroad/pocket watch, that belonged to my grandfather. It was sent off to the watchmaker to which the first, and only positive response has been that they were attempting to find parts for the watch. We then were told that the watchmaker could not locate the parts, so they would attempt to "make" the necessary parts. It's been almost a year, every time we went to inquire about the status of the watch, "he was still working on the parts," was the standard answer. I now am no longer interested in THEM repairing my watch. I have requested that it be returned to me, and I have been told several times, they would call once they receive it back. Being an authentic Elgin watch, it has a SERIAL NUMBER ,so I will know if it is not the correct watch. The pick up ticket states that they are not responsible for items left over 60 days; however, we have never been contacted to pick up the watch, we've never been called that the work has been completed-nor has it been repaired and every week I call, and have I have been told they have requested it be sent back. At a certain point, I am going to have to assume they no longer have the item and if not, what happened to it? You can not fail to claim an item that they WILL NOT return, nor repair. I have the names, dates and responses to our calls and visits to reclaim the item -which HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED NOR RETURNED to date. I have never received a call from this business concerning the watch. ALL contact has been initiated from our side. I am giving serious consideration to my next formal steps -if I do not receive this item by the end of this month. My advice is to give very careful consideration to leaving your items with this business. Be sure, as I did, to retain any serial numbers, notes and take names. I fully intend to see that this expensive and sentimental heirloom is returned or responsibility is taken, for it's value. At this point, I have serous doubts that my watch will ever Be seen again, but I am prepared to see this issue through to the end.

Do you know the two ladies behind the counter ignored me, finally looked up at me and didn't say a word?! I had to say "Can I get some help?!" The small Latin girl with glasses who always seems to be here immediately said she couldn't. Literally said I'm busy. Y'all. This little girl literally said she was too busy to help me. Then Ines or Astrid or some unique name of an un-put-together young girl looked me up and down and said yea give me a moment. And SLOW WALKED around the corner and stood in front of me like "what do you want?" Seriously? I asked her name, she told me. I asked how to spell it because I knew I wasn't pronouncing it correctly, she ignored me. I swear I am about done with f*****g James Avery.     This store is usually organized and cleaner than most forever 21's and today was no exception but…read morethe employees.... Me and my friends went into the dressing rooms to try on some clothes, we entered to the left side of the dressing room, and tried on our clothes. When we come out to look at ourselves in the big mirror an employee walks in and starts laughing loudly and reading a paper that was taped on the clothes rack not very visible, that basically said to not go to that side of the dressing room. I understand that it was our fault that we accidentally went to the wrong side but it was very unprofessional and rude how she was laughing and reading the paper in a loud sarcastic voice! Instead she should've just told us if we could please go to the other side of the dressing room in a profesional respectful tone and that would've been completely fine. Besides that one employee the rest we're very respectful and helpful. Forever 21, I believe you shouldn't hire people like this to work in your stores, I am very offended by what she did it was very insulting!

I showed her the order, she grabbed my phone without my permission to look for whatever, and went in my PERSONAL EMAIL to find the email that had the order. She didn't say a thing to me.
