Well I found hopefully his every Saturday location at 2nd Phase Brewing. The hot dog is a back wrapped Nathan's large hot dog. He using a griddle to cook the dog to insure the bacon is super crisped the dog is cooked through. I found out a long time ago the recommended way of cooking a Nathan's Dog is on a cook top or griddle. If works pretty good on a grill and really loses it's flavor if boiled. Just a little food for thought. The dog come served on a fresh sesame seed gourmet hot dog bun. You can get as many toppings as possible. Grilled onions, sweet pickle relish, mustard,Ketchup, Mayo, bbq sauce, jalapeño's, potato straws, and many more. The bite is a nice crunch and pops with flavor. The owner and employees are very friendly and eager to share their food with customers. On the truck they have a menu and it has written that everything is big. My husband asked for 4 tacos. I decided to try a huarache. I wasn't sure what meat to choose and he said I could get half and half. Nice. The tortillas are large not mini tortillas. They are freshly made and there is a salsa bar with lemon, etc. including beans. My husband's order was wrong, but he didn't say anything because he wanted to eat his tacos. He felt the meat was underseasoned. My huarache was large and had a smear of refried beans inside. It has chicharron on one side and suaderro on the other side. It also had a sprinkle of queso. The chicharron was not the crunchy kind. It is soft because it is simmered in sauce. Neither my husband or I would not have ordered it if I had known because we prefer crunchy chicharron. We probably will not return because of the lack of seasoning on the meats. The tortillas were fantastic and so was the huarache, but the salsas were average.

What great fortune!!! The combination was delicious. Two awesome potato tacos with a half of a Carnitas torta kept me full all day. The horchata was even better than delicious and my girlfriend was able to get unsweetened jamaica... the ladies running the stand were super sweet and you could taste their love in the food. It was so good we stopped back by on the way back from our trip.
