We called and wanted to make a VERY SIMPLE request to order a large SEAFOOD gumbo to go (at the OUTRAGEOUSLY overpriced cost of $9.69) ... We made a simple request to have them put the seafood on the side so we could get a full container of the liquid gumbo - and add the seafood ourselves as we desired. OTHERWISE they fill the container with so much other stuff than the liquid, we get home with almost zero gumbo liquid ... and this has happened on MULTIPLE occasions!!! ... ... which wouldn't be such an issue ... IF ... they only included SEAFOOD ... BUT!!! ... They fill the container with so much SAUSAGE, you hardly get any seafood ... SEE PICTURE! ... Above that, NOWHERE does it say on their menu that sausage is included ... That's FALSE ADVERTISING!!! ... We proceeded to order the large SEAFOOD gumbo and it should ONLY have SEAFOOD in it .... SHEESH!!! ... We get it home and it is filled primarily with sausage ... AGAIN ... We get there and asked to have it made the way we originally requested ... and the server goes to the kitchen and brings back a small container of just the gumbo liquid ... AND we find out the kitchen staff / owner (?) is making HER pay for the container of liquid out of her own pocket!!! WHO DOES THAT!!!??? ESPECIALLY when THEY are the ones who didn't fulfill our original request .... she quite literally had to take out her own wallet and actually pay for OUR gumbo liquid!!!... That is OUTRAGEOUS and COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! THEY are the ones who could've followed the original instructions - not her - and they have the gall to make her pay for it!!! All this to say we will NEVER return due to this level of INCOMPETENCY ... If you eat here - you've been warned! Don't waste your time or hard-earned money on this JOKE of a restaurant!!! The Korean BBQ OG Grilled Chicken Sandwich - It was huge! Even though I am a petite 95 lb lady, I devoured that sandwich. The flavor wasn't an authentic Korean flavor, but it wasn't bad! She was friendly, patient, and sweet. We ordered the Szechuan Fries because it was a free offer upon signing up for their rewards program. I told her I didn't like the mustard sauce and she offered to get us the Dirty Fries! I was like, "What?!" The fries were already free, so I didn't expect her to even offer a substitution. ALSO, for the Kid's Meal, she let us know that the side could be substituted for something else at no extra charge. If she didn't make that known to us, we would have had no idea.
