I'm legit obsessed with KopiKats. I was in town for eight days, working my company's conference,…read moreand I think I stopped by here seven times. Richard, Lisa, and TRUDY were my life/job savers! My company is old school. We still like to use paper for everything. Screw trees, right? Only problem, we don't like to pay for the hassle of traveling with a copy guy and all his equipment when we have meetings. Read: can't afford it. Normally we're stuck with the business centers in our hotels. Have you ever had a good experience in a hotel business center? No, you haven't. And your pants are lit if you said you have, Basically, we start our meeting off on a miserable foot; angry with the hotel, angry at our ourselves, and slaving away until the wee hours of the morning to get everything printed and done. Not cool. This time around, we found an actual copy store, who knew what in the Sam Hell they were doing, and could take care of every print job we brought them. Even better, they're just a few blocks from all the downtown conference hotels. They're from Australia, so they're automatically awesome, but they also work incredibly fast and have fantastic prices. During one of my visits, I got to see one of their projects for a local restaurant- neon plastic-cut skulls for coasters! They were insane, and I loved them so much I even got to keep one. Talk about service! Every other day I was bringing them more nonsense that I needed 20 minutes ago, and I was able to get what I needed super fast, and even my weird pocket brochures were folded by one of their machines. Time AND manicure saver. No manual labor for this lady! I'm not kidding when I said I stopped by seven times. Occasionally it was just to hang out. Richard and Lisa are the best, but the real star of the KopiKats show is Trudy. Trudy is the official office mascot, and the unofficial best doggie in Miami. Also fresh off the plane from the Land Down Unda', Trudy is a chill, cuddly shepard-mix, who greets all her customers and then gives the lean, if you're invited into the circle. I'm in the circle, she leaned into my legs. Success was achieved in Miami. Oh, the conference was fine, too. But Trudy, my therapy dog for the week, is the best! As many things went awry during our trip, printing needs were FINALLY not one of them.

Dec 28th I got in contact with Richard regarding a "calendar job" he said the job would be done on the 4th of January! On the 8th he printed one unit and the printer "broke" Right before printing the calendars. He supposedly had to order a "part" that should arrive next week! He said "I'll complete all calendars over weekend pick up Monday" which landed On the 18th which is now my delivery dateI still didn't get the calendars! instead, he never delivered the job and charged me after canceling the job due to extending multiple times and breaching the contract! he charged my card $700 without permission after a whole 27 days! I urgently needed retail marketing flyers created in Adobe Illustrator, digitally printed professionally. I ordered a set to be printed on foam board and another set for acrylic marketing holders. The other printing company I had first sent my print job to (won't mention the company name out of respect, but they are located in Downtown Coral Gables), was unresponsive, dragging their feet and customer service severely lacking. After numerous follow-up attempts and still getting nowhere, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Best decision and so glad I did! I selected Photo Offset Printing because they had the best Google customer review rating, and I needed top quality professional printing with great customer service. This company far exceeded my expectations! My rush order was turned around within 24 hours. The great customer service provided by Peggy and Anibal was fantastic (thank you both)! They kept in close contact with me and well informed of the status of my order. And the outcome of my print jobs was absolutely STUNNING!!! Superior quality printing and assembly. My print jobs were neatly shrink wrapped and ready for pick up at the agreed upon time. I was pleasantly greeted when I walked into the office and treated so kindly. Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a wealth of industry experience. And their professional recommendations were all spot on. An added bonus was the available customer parking and convenient location in a professional commerce area. For new customers, look no further this is the right choice! And if you're debating whether to switch printing companies like I was, you'll be glad you moved your business to Photo Offset Printing. I was blown away by my amazing customer experience. Highly recommend!!!
