Alfredo installed a Sony Apple 'Carplay' in my 2008 Subaru Forester. I was extremely please with his responsiveness and customer service, from the time I was getting quotes all the way through to after installation with questions I had. He even drove all the way out for a second time later the same day he installed the system to check on something for me. It ended up being my mistake and I didn't realize a switch in my car fixed the problem, but I was impressed by him going out of his way that day after already installing my stereo, how quickly he responded, and how did not make me feel bad when we realized it was my fault, he was very nice and understanding about it.
