We found the couch style we liked, picked a performance fabric, chose how many cushions, seat firmness, seat depth, chaise length and width. Literally everything was customized! I also love that it's made in California without any forever chemicals. I didn't want a prop 65 warning on our couch especially since we have a new baby at home. Daniel was so helpful in the store with all of our questions and he had great suggestions and made sure that we knew our options. We never felt pressured into anything and that's really appreciated. Made a plan and shared it with me so I can continue to use that for discussing until we were able to get to the final design. She was very patient and went through multiple iterations to help decide on the tiles, lights, etc. Brought samples home so we can lay it out and try them in various light shades. The one I really love about the bathroom is the unique lights she selected that are both modern and timeless. Erin also helped me find the right plumbing companies to work with who knew how to handle the complicated Rohl brand hardware for the bathroom.
