Ivan and Michael are such a wonderful duo! They have been cleaning our apartment for the last 6 months, and they always show up on time, and they do a really thorough job in just a few hours. I leave all of the deep cleaning to them, and they're always open to preferences we have, like when we need our fans or blinds cleaned seasonally. Both my husband and I work from home and they're very easy going and flexible when we need to switch rooms for meetings. read more

THE immaculate cleaner indeed. * i mean, jeez louise. ivan and his right hand man michael are the crème de la crème- as in, worth waiting for and worth every dollar and dime, especially if you want every nook and cranny cleaned with an arsenal of some (if not all) of the best supplies (that he supplies) and good ol' "elbow grease." p.s.: it's worth noting they're also super lovely humans. read more

Ivan and Michael are the best! They are very thorough and attentive to details. Not only do they make sure every little corner in the house is perfectly cleaned (from shades of the ceiling light to the shower drain), they also are very respectful and thoughtful when putting away and organizing the clutters. I absolutely second all the other five-star reviews here, since I have the same wonderful experience as well. One thing I would like to add is that they are always so pleasant to be around with. Both Ivan and Michael are very sweet and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend The Immaculate Cleaner! read more

quality insane. these guys do not know what a half-ass job is. it's the worst when you spend money on cleaners to do something you could have done (had you only the time to do it). Ivan & Michael are not that - when they're done, it is clear that professionals came through and added something to your space you couldn't have, even if you'd had the time. highly recommend for a thorough job done. read more

I was super impressed by Ivan and his partner. They went above and beyond, they did a job that i couldn't find anyone to take. They did so without hesitation and on short notice, and they even showed up early on a Sunday!. Our 14 year old, 100 pound German Shepherd lost control of his bowel movements, he couldn't go on walks because of his bad hips, but other than that he was fine. So we broke our lease and moved to an apartment with the biggest balcony we could find, so we could give him a comfortable home in his last few months. We put down some astroturf and plastic to try and keep it clean, and it became this huge mess. Poop and pee everywhere, soaked into the concrete. We ended up having to put him down last week, and it was devastating for my lady. It made her super sad having to see his old home out there, and i had to hop on a plane the day after it happened. Ivan was able to take this job with one day notice, a job that 4 others turned down. The only other company that offered to take it, said it would be 1500 dollars to clean a balcony which was ridiculous. They were very reasonably priced, the job they did was immaculate and they were super friendly. They came in and disposed of the heavy and gross used grasspads we had out there, and got all the stains of the concrete, something i was trying to do on the other end of that balcony for months without any luck. I think the pictures speak for themselves. read more

Ivan and Michael are the best! I've been a weekly client since 2016, and would recommend The Immaculate Cleaner to anyone. I've tried many other cleaning services, both private cleaners and large companies, and there is no comparison to the service that they provide. They are professional, honest, great with communication, and their work is top notch. Aside from keeping our house organized and clean, they are wonderful to our new baby, dog and cats. read more

I had a number of housecleaners in LA before finding The Immaculate Cleaner, and they are far and away the best in Los Angeles. They use organic, healthy products and work thoroughly to ensure every single corner of my place is spotless and clean. They are meticulous in their cleaning, going above and beyond to clean appliances and pots I thought had permanent stains, nope- gone! They are incredibly detail-oriented, prompt, and trustworthy- the best-kept secret in LA. I have been working with them for over 2 years, and won't consider using anyone else. If they have time in their schedule to clean your place, do not hesitate. They are that good. read more

We used a couple of different companies over the past few years, but finally found Ivan and no one compares to him. He's extremely attentive to detail and never leaves an area less than outstanding. My wife comments after each cleaning how much she loves his work and how he deep cleans areas she didn't even realize needed special attention. It makes a huge difference. We would recommend him to absolutely anyone. read more

I am sitting in my apartment, elated with Ivan and Michael's work!! It feels so fresh and clean in here!! I love it!! I found them through Yelp and I couldn't be happier!! They both worked tirelessly and my kitchen is cleaner than I've EVER seen it. It actually looks like I just moved in!! Even the appliances look brand new!! They cleaned everything!! My bathrooms, bedrooms, and even vacuumed the headboard, windowsills, and the canvas art on my walls!! Their vacuum had a million attachments to easily get every inch of the house. Wow!! They did not even mind my 2 yappy pups and worked around them beautifully which kept the pups calm and helped me relax, too. Also noteworthy if you have pets: They use really good, earth friendly cleaning products which do not have any harsh chemical fumes. I'm crazy picky about smells so I was very appreciative of this!! They were polite, meticulous in their work, and finished up by taking out my garbage and recyclables so the house was left fresh, clean and perfect. I'm so grateful!! :) read more

The Immaculate Cleaner is the bomb. He's fast, friendly and leaves your place immaculate. Also, he's been my pet sitter for several years now. If you're in a pinch or have a hot date, party or family function, he will leave your place spotless. I highly recommend, Ivan. Love, love, love his service. read more

I've searched and prayed for two years--and now I have finally found a great one!!! This is the most meticulous, thorough cleaning person I've ever known (and Andee does not lie--he actually cleans the floor by hand...my hardwood floors love him too!). I'm so glad to find that amazing house cleaners do still exist. You can't beat this business for service, price, quality of work or work ethic. Thank you, Ivan. You are truly wonderful! I highly, highly recommend The Immaculate Cleaner. read more

Ivan has been such a lifesaver since I moved into my first house. At first, I wanted to find somebody that could do a thorough move-in clean after so many people had carried furniture in and out. But I soon realized how incredible it was to have someone clean so thoroughly on a regular basis. Ivan is such a warm, incredibly nice person and I have so enjoyed getting to know him over the last 8 months. With most ordinary cleaning services you only really get someone coming in and doing just the most basic cleaning and wiping down of surfaces that are easy to get to, but not with Ivan. He will search every nook and cranny and make sure that every room sparkles and smells incredible. He usually stays the whole day, making sure the entire house has been scrubbed down. He is great about checking in throughout the day to let you know what rooms he is focusing his attention on and also to ask if there are any areas that need a deeper clean. My house has been in tiptop shape since the day I moved in and it is entirely due to Ivan's incredible hard work and commitment. You can really tell he cares about his work and in keeping your living space as lovely as possible. A few months after Ivan started coming to my house, I had a roommate that had concerns about a smell in her room (it was an older house after all) and Ivan went out of his way to give her living space an extra thorough clean and used his very own concoction of eucalyptus cleaning oils to give the room a new fresh scent. He is also great with animals and pets - I have a dog who gets a bit nervous with newcomers and he is always so sweet and gentle with her. I highly recommend Ivan for any job that needs care and attention. Whether it is only a move-out deep clean or a regular bi-monthly cleaning, you will not regret it! When we first moved in, Ivan went through and cleaned every dusty old shelf, from the kitchen to the bathroom. I can't describe how nice it felt unpacking things and knowing that they were being placed somewhere clean and not dusty. I've lived in apartments for years, so having someone that can truly help me cover and clean all the spaces and nooks of an entire house has been extraordinary. Ivan is the best! read more

I contacted Ivan for a friend after seeing his stellar reviews. Man does he deliver on being the "immaculate" cleaner. My friend is not easily impressed but he couldn't get over how great things looked after Ivan cleaned. Also, Ivan is super friendly over phone and is very accommodating with scheduling. Seriously, Ivan is a cleaning guru. You rock Ivan! read more

Ivan is the BEST!!!!!! I have been living in my apartment for a year and never had it cleaned, so he just came here to do a deep clean before my new roommate moved in. My place is always so dusty and my hardwood floors leave my feet black, but he spent hours scrubbing nooks and crannies that I never even touched. He takes his time, and its worth every penny. read more

Amazing cleaning and results! If you need something cleaned and done at tip top notch, this is the best way to go! Spotless and amazing.

I cannot recommend Ivan highly enough. He has been extremely thorough, professional, friendly, and just so positive since day one. I work from home, and his immense respect for space, unyielding attention to detail, and amazing efficiency are a sight to behold. I wish he could come everyday! I look forward to working with Ivan for a long time to come. read more

I love Ivan! I didn't really know how clean a place can get until he came by. Walls, hard to get to corners, nooks, and crannies were all not as scarey as they once were. Amazing job! I wish we can clone him, so we can have many more Ivan's in this world. read more

My mother owns a cleaning business back in Denver and she's been in the business for over 25 years. So when I came to LA I knew it was going to be hard to find someone to match her quality of work, speed, and price. I went with a few options out here without any luck. When I reached out to Ivan I knew I had hit a gem. I sent him a video so he could get a general idea, and in a couple days he was at my home doing his magic. Ivan works really hard to get your house right, super easy to talk to, and an extremely friendly person. I would recommend him to any of my personal friends. I plan on using Ivan twice a month from now on! read more

Ivan is the best!! He does a wonderful job and is lovely to chat with!

They are absolutely the best. So incredibly diligent and thorough. The house looks amazing. They are so nice and thoughtful. They even look after my little turtle and plants. They are really good with pets. Also, get supplies for the house if needed, pickup dry cleaning, and helped me set up for a dinner party at the house. They always go the extra mile. When I didn't have my car they took me to petco when I needed something for my turtle. They are remarkable and really such a pleasure to have at the house. read more

Ivan is a God send!! My roommate and I are both busy professionals and the last thing we want to do on our time off is clean the apartment. Ivan comes over and whips everything into shape quickly and thoroughly. He even helped us organize our tiny kitchen so we could actually cook a fun meal!! Friendly and responsive when you reach out to him. Highly recommended!! read more

Ivan truly is "The Immaculate Cleaner!" He turned my condo into a squeaky-clean, zen oasis. He was professional, friendly, kind, and excellent with my dog (she didn't want to leave his sight)! You can tell he has a passion for cleanliness and loves what he does. I had booked a deep cleaning session with Ivan via his website. This wasn't a quick, come in and get out 2 hour session. Ivan spent nearly an entire business day ensuring every detail was attended too. He and his equally lovely partner, Michael, sent a courtesy text an hour in advance of their arrival (very punctual). On top of it all, the cleaning products Ivan used left a pleasant scent- not a harsh chemical scent. His service is worth every penny, and I give him my highest recommendation. read more
