The warmth of the wooden interior, the welcoming smiles, and the comforting aroma of homemade food instantly make you feel at ease. The menu is packed with hearty, satisfying options that truly hit the spot. Breakfast is outstanding -- fluffy pancakes, perfectly cooked eggs, crispy hash browns, and generous portions that fuel you for a full day of exploring. Their country-style dishes are rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Lunch and dinner are just as impressive, with juicy burgers, comforting homestyle plates, and fresh, well-prepared ingredients in every bite. Of course, the highlight -- and what Beckie's Café is legendary for -- is the pie. The homemade pies are absolutely unforgettable. Flaky, buttery crust paired with perfectly sweet, fruit-filled centers make each slice taste like it came straight from grandma's kitchen. Whether it's a classic apple or a seasonal berry variety, it's worth saving room for dessert. The service is just as memorable as the food. The staff are genuinely friendly, attentive, and create a welcoming environment that makes you want to linger a little longer over coffee. It's clear this café has built its reputation over decades by doing things the right way -- quality food, warm hospitality, and consistency. If you're passing through Prospect or heading toward Crater Lake, Beckie's Café is a must-stop destination. It's more than just a meal -- it's an experience you'll look forward to repeating. Five stars, without hesitation.

The food is great, the service was excellent even though we were showing up near closing time, and as I recall the playlist was fire, too. I got the giant burger the second night and it was delicious. Do yourself a favor and grab some pie to go!

Ice cream came before my food, I mentioned I would be driving so to get the ice cream in a bowl (which I did) but it was a hot day and since I was waiting for my meal, I had to eat my ice cream first. So I was a bit full when my meal came The cheeseburger was really good, I was happy with it! The steak fries lacked seasoning, like there was none on the fries, so I ate a few then got over it. The jalapeño poppers were the same, nothing great, I ate one then tossed them. The ranch I added to my meal looked promising, it was thick, so thick that you couldn't dip your food into it, you had to scoop it, also lacked flavor. The ice cream was the big winner, I'll stop by just for that, not the food so much,

A burger is $7 bucks the no fries, that's another 3.25, which if you think about - it's still WAY cheaper than McDonald's. And it's fresh, not frozen. The ice cream and shakes were delicious. The food was delicious. The ladies were courteous and the service was great- considering there's only a few of them working. You can sit in their shaded patio and enjoy. Con: No bathroom. So go before you head here. Maybe put a few port-o-John's and it'll be great. Overall- I'd come back if in the area.

We all love them but they are a little too hot for our taste buds & stomachs. We all would dearly appreciate it. They have both outdoor and indoor seating with a public restroom. Place is an older building that is kept up and sparkling clean. My 82 yo mother in law loved her burger and strawberry milkshake which was made with real ice cream. The babes also loved her kids cheese burger which came with pickles and light mustard and mayonnaise. I'm assuming the Hubbs liked his bacon cheeseburger because it was gone before I could even take a look at it. I wasn't feeling like a burger and at the recommendation of the lady at the counter, I got the Reuben which came with pastrami & sauerkraut on grilled rye Bread. For $8.85 you get a large tasty sandwich that you can easily pay $15 at most places. The food is made the old fashioned way, upon order and the French fries are made with fresh potatoes. If I lived nearby, this place would be dangerous!
