Since I am a fan of homemade cookie ice cream sandwiches, I decided to get 4 Ice Cream Sammies ($4.86 each) to go. This was the owner's first go of introducing ice cream sammies. The owner took a while to get things ready and I was able to choose any ice cream I wanted between two chocolate chunk cookies (not vegan), got the vegan ice cream and got 3 pistachio and 1 killer chocolate. The sammies were plastic wrapped and boxed to go. The sammies had thin homemade cookies and the layer of ice cream was ¼ inch thick. I enjoyed two sammies in the vehicle before rushing home in the cold to freeze the other two sammies.
