They mix flavors into a vanilla base using a syrup. The biggest issue is that they've changed management twice. They used to be Tom's ice cream. The new management hasnt quite figured out how to generate all the flavors. The new management is still pretty good though. The vanilla base is still some of the best soft serve I've had. My favorite flavors are peanut butter, cappuccino. To be fair, Tom was a dairy jedi. He set the bar really high. In terms of toppings, their sauce game is also strong.
