Been coming to Spectrum Hydro for all my grow needs and these guys are always friendly,…read moreknowledgeable, and willing to help. You can tell they have real experience growing plants and actually care about helping customers pick the right products instead of just selling stuff. Their FoxFarm prices are some of the best around, and they always seem to have what I need in stock. Great customer service, great selection, and a solid spot whether you're new to growing or experienced. Run and get your supplies from here!

My friend who is a gardener/landscaper told me to look for a hydroponics store, so we could find…read moresome starter trays since we had trouble finding it elsewhere. I had to look up incubator/propagator everywhere, and I think for Home Depot, they sell them in bulk and have to be ordered for pick-up in store. Anyway, we went to Walmart and the Dollar Tree, and I don't think they had it. This store has a little bit of everything from 99.9% alcohol, 30% vinegar, fertilizers, seeds, fans, dehumidifiers, pruners, etc. They also have Clonex in 1 qt, 1 gallon, and 5 gallons, as well as in mist form. It has a distinct smell, but the employee was friendly and chill. We have been using the supplies we got here to clone some plumbagos and coffee berry plants. The goal is to also try to clip some Mexican elderberries, too. There is a lot of moisture, though, so definitely make sure to vent properly. My friend got me some shears here, and I believe they are $7. I haven't used them yet, but I will update once I do, and hopefully we will be back because he said some of the stuff is decently priced.

This location has been going downhill rapidly the last year or two, especially the customer service…read moreand what is in stock. It's like pulling teeth to get some of these employees help, long phone waits and they hang up. "I'll call you back with an answer" and never call back. I asked dude what the largest fabric pots they had in stock, puts me on hold for 6 minutes before hanging up. It's 15 feet from the desk bro. The hipster guy with a lisp and mustache. If you're just buying average quantities of items they do not give you the respect. Long Beach has much better customer service and their stock is usually more full also. I will be trying the local competitors next time I'm up here

Excellent place to find good prices on bulky products for your gardening needs. I found this place…read morethanks to graftingdragonfruit guy who buys his soil in bulk here. I found the FOXFARM soil here for a special $10 a bag when it usually retails for $22-24 Home Depot or other places. Check their website for specials and call before coming because the website said they were closed a certain day but they weren't. They also have a lot of plastic planters for sale. 10 gal for about $8. Nothing bigger though. I was looking for 20 gal for dragon fruit. Huge parking that is free and they'll help you load your car if you buy heavy stuff. Love this place, would come back again!
