I went in to inquire about a corsage and boutonniere and they said they usually need a week notice, but accommodated me and were able to provide last minute for my son's prom next day. The staff was helpful, friendly and well experienced with the color coordination I kneeded. I was hoping fir the best and loved how the color flower and ribbon I selected cane out. And yesterday the disaster begins, I didn't received anything, no flowers, no calls, no notes, then today they told him that they leave a note at my apartment which is BS, they didn't deliver even a note notifying they were there trying to deliver something and worse I didn't even get a call yesterday from them, and today I got mad because they lie excusing themselves saying that they leave a note when I look all around my apartment, today they call him again saying that they didn't have any phone number to contacted me when they bring calling meee since February 12, that's so unprofessional and unethical they should accept their mistake instead of blaming the customer. So, moral story if you want to do something special for love ones or significant others "DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE" you will reject it.
