Oh my gosh !!!! Carol we love your work. Our wedding was beautiful and it was all because of the flowers. We meet Carol a year ago and we told her about our event. She kept tabs on us and made sure we were happy with our flowers we choose for the center pieces. She did a mock up and shared her opinions. It was great. She is a straight forward type of lady so we loved it. ! She even recommended 4 days before our event that due to the heat she didn't want us using our centerpiece at the church because transferring them would kill the flowers. So we trusted her. My aunt sent a fruit basket from them, but when she saw the picture we sent her, she was not happy at all. Apparently they had ripped her off and sent a cheaper basket than the one she paid for. Come to find out that evening, she never received the flowers which saddened her day and start to our dinner date I had planned. I was in desperate need of quick flower arrangement and oh was I glad I ran into this florist. A small local business but it sure met my expectations quite well. Very friendly staff and quick to help you resolve any trouble you run across. Although they didn't have a huge flower selection to pick from I can admit they do supply a fresh, clean cut and well preserved bouquet of roses. All their decorations are nice including wrapping and flower scent not to mention their pricing is very reasonable for the extra details they include. Please save yourself the headache and hassle and order flowers from a different florist that delivers quality and gets your order to it's recipient in the promised time frame. I ordered flowers through teleflora.com and this is the florist they contracted with as I found out after seeing the card on the flowers that were delivered to my mother-in-law. I have attached a photo of the flowers I received compared side by side with the arrangement I ordered. I just took this photo today and as you can see one of the flowers is dying at the bottom and there are bald/empty spots and scraggly leaves hanging around the bottom. It's like those leaves were put there to be fillers to make it look more full but if you look at the photo of the flowers I ordered, there's nothing but flowers along the bottom. I understand that there have to be substitutions made sometimes when the exact flowers are not in season/on hand but they are supposed to be at least equal or greater value and the bouquet should look very similar and of the same color scheme. That is not the case with the bouquet my mother-in-law recieved. There are dry purple flowers, a couple of tightly closed light pink roses and white carnations as replacements. There are significantly less roses overall and the bouquet does not match the density or measurement of the premium sized bouquet I selected. On top of this, the bouquet was delivered in the afternoon when I specified it needed to be delivered in the morning before noon. I was told this would not be a problem. I called Teleflora around noon to see why the arrangement had not yet been delivered and the representative contacted the florist while I was put on hold. The florist told her they supposedly attempted delivery in the morning but we're unable to get in the building where it was being delivered. This is a huge local medical facility with multiple entrances, driveways and parking lots. So that can't possibly be the case. She said the arrangement was on its way to the recipient again. It was not delivered until 2:24 pm. How does it take an additional 2+ hours for it to get there when it's literally down the street from the florist? It's not even a Friday or Saturday when a florist is most busy. This was on a Tuesday in the middle of the week. Come on! And then the mylar balloon I added on says "thanks" not "thank you" as I specified when I placed my order. Thanks is very informal and not the message I was going for so that was a disappointment as well. Bottom line: when you send flowers it's for a reason and special occasion. And it's not cheap. If you don't want your money wasted and your special delivery messed up, choose a different florist that is reputable and one you can have confidence in. Baldwin Park Florist certainly is not the business for this, unless you don't mind ending up disappointed and frustrated. ⁣ read more

This is the 4th time I've used them and the flowers were fresh and smell amazing they delivered the arrangement at the time I had requested AND on short notice. I have only ordered online & have been completely satisfied with not only their service & quality of floral arrangements, but their attention to detail. To start they have beautiful arrangements and my girl friend has gotten complements from various people each time I sent her one. The flowers are fresh and the arrangements are bold. They always fill her office with a wonderful scent, so not only does she have something beautiful to look at, but she also gets to smell the aroma of the fresh flowers. I really like how they hand write the note that you type online in the character field it gives it a person touch that I believe is huge... most flower shops just print out whatever you type into the character field that is provided online & although the words are true and from ones heart, it seems cold and impersonal when printed straight of the computer. They have a box where you can put special instructions for them if you wish & they have done what i typed in & asked each and every time. Their prices are comparable to all the other florist i have seen and got quotes from in the area.
