This is a typical SCAM company that sells broken parts, and then has no liability for said broken parts that they ship. My order arrived in December, it was the wrong outside unit. Now 4 attempts to pick up the incorrect unit and again another big rig truck. So the unit is still sitting in my driveway. I can't get my money back till this is received and they canceled the order. I'm about to contact a lawyer.
