He worked around my schedule to come at a time convenient for me to address the indoor basement bathroom drain clog and made arrangements for Alex to come at the same time to assess my outdoor garden/downspout drain issues. Alex explained my options for a solution and gave me a quote on the solution I requested. William completed unclogging my drain and, at my request, utilized his camera equipment to inspect my sewer line. He was thorough and patient and spent extra time explaining what the camera showed and made recommendations for addressing any future issues. I considered his work to be of high quality and a good value. I plan to utilize the team to address my outdoor drain issues in the next couple of weeks.

I knew where the leak was because I attempted to fix it myself before I ever called anyone. The first day they came out with just a snake, no hydro cleaning or camera (even though they specifically list that they have a camera on their website) and after they "fixed it" after snaking it twice, digging a large hole in my yard that they did not need to do, the leak came back that night even worse and backed up into the whole house. They came back a second time the next day, with the exact same snake, and did the exact same thing and must have barely broke through enough for it to drain for a couple days because that is all it took and the backup started again. Just call Ponchos.

They have always shown up on time and have always taken care of whatever we needed. At my home, they have replaced a commode, a water heater, and a kitchen sink. At my business, they have replaced a toilet line and valve, installed a new sink, and repaired some old copper lines that ran to a water fountain. One thing that always impressed me was when the technician replaced our commode. After the old one was removed, there was a ring left on the floor from the previous commode. It had absolutely nothing to do with his work, but he still made a point to apologize and let us know about it. I thought that said a lot about how conscientious he was and the attention he paid to what he was doing. I've used them for several different jobs over the years, at home and at work, and I have found they are dependable and easy to deal with.

Would give them zero stars if I could. Called their office and asked if they charge for estimates,…read morethe lady at office said when plumbers show up they would tell me if their was an estimate fee. I explained I dont want anyone to come out if there is an estimate fee. Later that day got a call from the plumbers saying they were in the area and they were coming by if I was home. So I said sure. They showed uo, didnt mention anything about a esrimate fee and started looking at my new build issues from the previous plumber who didnt finish. They threw out a verbal $14,000, could be more and I said I will contact them if I decide to hire them because had 3 more companies looking at issue. They left and I hired someone else that was about $6000 cheaper. Few weeks later I received a bill for $225 for estimate. I called them and explained No one ever mentioned they charged a fee for estimate, even when I specifically asked the question to the office worker on initial call and told them not to come out if they charged a fee. They said it didnt matter, I am to pay for their time spent providing me an estimate. Very unprofessional service and not trustworthy!
