I soon learned finding someone who will come to your home on a Friday afternoon or weekend is next to impossible! I called at least 10 local companies. 2-3 said they'd come on the next morning but only Ron showed up! He & his guys were quick locating and digging up the tank. Ron explained everything and did a great job checking when he was finished to make sure we had no further problems. The price was kinda steep, $650, but that may be the going rate? I knew where the leak was because I attempted to fix it myself before I ever called anyone. The first day they came out with just a snake, no hydro cleaning or camera (even though they specifically list that they have a camera on their website) and after they "fixed it" after snaking it twice, digging a large hole in my yard that they did not need to do, the leak came back that night even worse and backed up into the whole house. They came back a second time the next day, with the exact same snake, and did the exact same thing and must have barely broke through enough for it to drain for a couple days because that is all it took and the backup started again. Was told "that's not necessary; if we need anything when we get there we'll run up to Lowes for it". I called again Wednesday to confirm Friday's schedule because I was going to have to pay for having the water pumped out before they could work on it, and asked AGAIN if they would come look at it to make sure they knew what they were looking at and would have needed materials; was again told "it's not necessary, we'll take care of all of it when we get there, and we'll have it done that day". I paid $650 to have the water pumped out on Thursday evening so it would (theoretically) be dry for them to work on Friday. The crew got here Friday morning, looked at it, called the office, and the office called me back and said, "We're not going to do it. It's going to be a big job and we've got several small jobs we need to do instead". SERIOUSLY? I asked what I'm supposed to do, and she snipped "I suggest you call somebody else!" So they cost me $650 for pumping that had to be done AGAIN because they didn't do the work they confidently stated they WOULD do. NOT GOOD BUSINESS. I told the person who'd recommended them (it was actually the business owner of the pumping company) what happened, and he said "I never would have recommended them if I'd known they were going to do you that way!"

They didn't replace the tubing AS ASKED but did a crappy patch job. Without apology they charged us $560 for this. The woman who we spoke to on the phone was rude and unapologetic about the expense. They refused to offer us a quote beforehand. Within 2 weeks the line began spraying water again and this time with a vengeance. So rather than call them back to fix their incompetent work, we are doing it ourselves. OUTRAGEOUS. DO NOT USE.
