Knowledgeable and helpful. No issues. I was a little leery after reading a one-star review; however, when I discussed this with the owner, he said he does not do outside plumbing, and that particular customer needed outside plumbing. He said he gave her a referral to someone who does. That seems fair enough to me.

I have used this company both personally and for my business, and I have never had a problem with…read morethem or the quality of their work. They have always shown up on time and have always taken care of whatever we needed. At my home, they have replaced a commode, a water heater, and a kitchen sink. At my business, they have replaced a toilet line and valve, installed a new sink, and repaired some old copper lines that ran to a water fountain. One thing that always impressed me was when the technician replaced our commode. After the old one was removed, there was a ring left on the floor from the previous commode. It had absolutely nothing to do with his work, but he still made a point to apologize and let us know about it. I thought that said a lot about how conscientious he was and the attention he paid to what he was doing. I've used them for several different jobs over the years, at home and at work, and I have found they are dependable and easy to deal with.

He worked around my schedule to come at a time convenient for me to address the indoor basement bathroom drain clog and made arrangements for Alex to come at the same time to assess my outdoor garden/downspout drain issues. I knew where the leak was because I attempted to fix it myself before I ever called anyone. The first day they came out with just a snake, no hydro cleaning or camera (even though they specifically list that they have a camera on their website) and after they "fixed it" after snaking it twice, digging a large hole in my yard that they did not need to do, the leak came back that night even worse and backed up into the whole house. They came back a second time the next day, with the exact same snake, and did the exact same thing and must have barely broke through enough for it to drain for a couple days because that is all it took and the backup started again. Just call Ponchos.
