He worked around my schedule to come at a time convenient for me to address the indoor basement bathroom drain clog and made arrangements for Alex to come at the same time to assess my outdoor garden/downspout drain issues. Alex explained my options for a solution and gave me a quote on the solution I requested. William completed unclogging my drain and, at my request, utilized his camera equipment to inspect my sewer line. He was thorough and patient and spent extra time explaining what the camera showed and made recommendations for addressing any future issues. I soon learned finding someone who will come to your home on a Friday afternoon or weekend is next to impossible! I called at least 10 local companies. 2-3 said they'd come on the next morning but only Ron showed up! He & his guys were quick locating and digging up the tank. Ron explained everything and did a great job checking when he was finished to make sure we had no further problems. The price was kinda steep, $650, but that may be the going rate? DO NOT call these guys to fix a clogged drain. I had them come out for a clog in my main drain…read morecoming out of my house. I knew where the leak was because I attempted to fix it myself before I ever called anyone. The first day they came out with just a snake, no hydro cleaning or camera (even though they specifically list that they have a camera on their website) and after they "fixed it" after snaking it twice, digging a large hole in my yard that they did not need to do, the leak came back that night even worse and backed up into the whole house. They came back a second time the next day, with the exact same snake, and did the exact same thing and must have barely broke through enough for it to drain for a couple days because that is all it took and the backup started again. Just call Ponchos.

I called every couple hours, left two voicemails and eventually got the message that their voicemail box was full.
