I soon learned finding someone who will come to your home on a Friday afternoon or weekend is next to impossible! I called at least 10 local companies. 2-3 said they'd come on the next morning but only Ron showed up! He & his guys were quick locating and digging up the tank. Ron explained everything and did a great job checking when he was finished to make sure we had no further problems. The price was kinda steep, $650, but that may be the going rate? However the primary concern was regarding Mary who was responsible for invoicing. During one phone call Mary was pleasant with my elderly mother and said she would email an invoice. Mary then called back a few minutes later and she sounded like a different person. She proceeded to react as if she were speaking with a criminal and my elderly mother is certainly not a criminal. Mary was in an agitated state and her language was very disrespectful, the only reason we can fathom is because my mother was not able to get to the office and pay immediately, rather she wanted to come in the next day (this was six business days after the work was performed). Mary then stated, contrary to her previous statement, that she would not provide an invoice for services rendered until after payment was made. My parents are the customers and there was no reason for Mary to have been so disrespectful; I actually had to intervene on the phone call to try to calm her down. My parents have had quite a bit of other work done in the past few months to include HVAC, termite treatment, and having vapor sheeting laid in the crawl space, and all the other services provided an invoice before expecting payment. I have lived in this area for several years and never had any service provider require payment prior to receiving an invoice, and I never imagined someone would be that hostile towards a customer. I hope that Mary finds it in her heart to apologize to my mother who is a good paying customer. If that were to occur I would be happy to change this review. (Please note, Mary and Shane came to my parents' house later the same day after my father had returned home and payment was made in full; a 3.7% fee was added due to credit card payment. Mary was pleasant during that transaction. I can only assume that some of their customers have not paid, but that is no excuse for being disrespectful towards a new customer.)

Aside from the job not being done, he is extremely unprofessional. He told me very personal things, he talks about his finances, his marriages, in detail, said he was a Green Beret in Viet Nam for two tours and he neither thing was true.
