These folks are the best combination of irreverent humor and professionalism I have ever seen. They joked hard and worked harder when we needed our sceptic tank pumped out. We moved into our new home in 2017 and were trying to figure out where our sceptic tank was located and what to do with it. That information had been lost on the passing of the owner. We got an up front quote for the work, they came and found the tank instantly then had it pumped out in no time. So pleased with everything from start to finish. If you need sceptic service you should go with these folks. They shot straight when it came to sceptic maintenance advice and they were fast and friendly. We called and they came the next day. But once she used one of the vanities and discovered the drain leaked into the vanity interior, she contacted them immediately. It's been almost a MONTH and they still have not come out to finish what they started. My mother (73) and her mother/my grandmother (102) are home all day long and Gibson claims they have come out multiple times and no one was home. Not possible! Neither my mother nor grandmother are in the condition to be fixing what the plumber should have done right the first time. I wish my mother knew how to use Yelp and had seen that Gibson had a 1-star rating. I would have advised them NOT to contact Gibson. DO NOT CONTACT THESE PLUMBERS TO GET ANYTHING DONE. They will not take responsibility for the work they do and they will leave you high and...well, WET. They don't back up their work and they seem very annoyed that they have to make the trip out.
