I love this store! I've been going here for years and they still have the best prices with no loud music. It's my favorite cannabis store in Humboldt County for Breeze cannabis pills. Extra strength read more

To be expected service coming from a grimy shopping center. Was not impressed with local selections, lots of cheep LA brands. The lady who sold me on a cart was really pushy and smelled like cigs. Will shop elsewhere with better discounts and service. read more

HCC is one of the oldest if not the oldest dispensary , in Eureka . It's a family owned and run business, that gives you a quality of care for their guests that cannot be matched. They have a huge selection so the type of care you receive can be tailored to your lifestyle, and personal needs. So stop on by and say High ! read more

I and my wife have visited this location multiple times, they are within walking distance so that helps. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful and the atmosphere is relaxed. The products have been wonderful and wide variety in nature, even when some items are out of stock. I'll be visiting again in the near future. read more

Always friendly and professional staff here. The store is very clean. All the items for purchase are easy to see. The staff is very knowledgeable and help you with deciding what is the best item for you. I love that they have so many choices. read more

They used to have Tranquitliteas which were just great. They stopped carrying those and switched to some ghastly substance, which has the same level of THC, CNB, and CBD, but tastes horrrible, and the containers are damn near impossible to open. They look like a tuna fish can. I sure hope they will give me a refund. read more

Fell off. Some of the new people are not knowledgeable at all. Took a recommended cart because they were out of products the menu (in store) said they had, and then talked trash about the cart company I was looking for, and the cart he recommended doesn't work. I'm sure they won't refund me for it since I didn't save the package (on me), and I don't think I'll be going back again. read more

Hands down the best in Humboldt County, Extremely helpful staff, Great Prices, Super nice owner who cares about their customers. Don't go anywhere else, Go to Here to THCC!!!! read more

This place has some of the best customer service in the whole area. For an emerging market, I think this dispensary sets the right example of providing quality products and services consistently. During the pandemic they have made things even easier on their customers by providing car-side service. They always wear masks and practice social distance. There is a points program for regular customers who can accumulate points to apply to discounts later. They have a huge sale every April 20th... overall, besides wanting to support this place and what they do, I want them to succeed so much that other people copy their model so we can get away from the extremes of dispensaries either looking like a head shop or looking like a perfumery or even a skate shop. The model of how a dispensary should operate is here. Straightforward, customer focused, quality. read more

Definitely the only good collective around. Super low prices, great variety of local products, different forms of both THC and CBD, knowledgeable and SUPER friendly staff who I just adore. I shop here 1-3x a week and have never had a bad experience! Love love love and I always recommend. read more

Not many local products, mostly bad indoor boof. Staff isn't any vast collection of knowledge just the usual overinflated egotistical kids

Quick and easy! Great prices and a smart staff that knew what they were talking about. Great looking $20-30 1/8ths read more

I've sampled cannabis from all sorts of collectives, from all across the state, and this is hands down one of the best (If not the best) product I've had. So it's a no frills shop at best, but don't be dismayed. The product you get here is absolutely dynamite. I think much of it just has to do with the fact that NorCal is a grower's paradise geographically. The staff here are very friendly as well. They helped us pick out strains based on our specific needs and wants. We also threw down on some edibles that were ridiculously strong. And the best part of all? Relatively inexpensive. In comparison to other dispensaries back down in LA, the prices here are a steal. Humboldt is such a unique and interesting place to see in itself, and the collective has that same feel. People look out for each other up here, and you can see this no better than at the Humboldt County Collective. read more

Thanks Kaj B. for the directions, we drove by this shopping center a couple times using our GPS before reading your review and driving around back. We went in and were greeted with smiling faces and even though it was our first time in this dispensary, it wasn't a huge process to get put into the system and on our way. Amber the bud tender really took the time to talk to us about their different strains and their effects as we came from Orange County where we've always experienced the bud tenders just handing us the highest strain of THC with no CBD's and sending us on our way. She actually wrote down which ones to try together and at what time during the day to help our ailments. She was kind and patient with us as we asked questions. Definitely went above and beyond. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL BE BACK! read more

Shitty ass tiny place with a line out the door. They sold me seeded weed for 178 dollars an ounce. I obviously wont ever be going back, and I really hope nobody else does either. read more

Good prices, knowledgeable staff, fast and convenient. Point system goes a long ways compared to most others dispensaries I've been too.

They are liars also here. One week they lure you in selling an once and just like everywhere else they pull that out from under you next time you go in wanting you to pay over $340. Before this stupid legalization regulation crap I was getting top notch girl scout cookie for $120 an once. Do support these fraudulent dispensaries or your wallet will be empty trying to gets the meds all the time. $340 is not $485 like another place local but still it is a long ways from $120 or $150. I am posting a picture of what I used to get for $120 an oz of cookie to show all you people what the difference is before and after this scam started. Any frosty nug growers should reach out and supply us as individuals. It shouldn't cost more for an once than some people can make at a job in two weeks. read more

Wanted to give a good review since they've been around forever but they don't deserve it. Annoying staff, prices aren't any better than HPRC or HOH or Pacific Paradise or The Fireplace, so... no point in trying out this dispo. Longest running but it's run to the ground. read more

This is the absolute worst dispensary I have ever been to. The flowers are okay, but the concentrates they have in stock labeled as live resin tastes like old trim. Obviously not live resin. At all. $20 a half gram for a lie is pretty messed up. If that weren't enough, the day I bought this live resin (along with some decent flower), they let me in with a temporary ID. I WALK (2 MILES) back today to get a small amount of flower for knee pain from a combat tournament, and I'm refused service despite this and despite being in their records. I walk back home and pay a friend for a ride back because my knee hurts. When I arrive, I'm in pain and fairly annoyed. I give them an old picture (215) I aquired and am kind of expecting something from the trouble, some sort of discount or something. I had to spend extra money to get my medicine because they weren't clear about their identification expectations. Nothing. Not a care. And I was dealing with the owner. I let out a comment under my breath about probably not returning my business, and a patron in the room responded hostily. I avoided the conversation and went to the back of the line. The man continued to engage me, when I asked why he was being hostile, he only responded by THREATENING ME to get hostile. "I can get hostile" "it wouldn't be much of a fight" were just two of the violent threats he made At this point, remaining calm, I pointed out his escalations and threats, and the owner said his name (Rick) in a pleading manner as to indicate him getting out of hand. As soon as the owner started trying to calm down the violent patron, she immediately turned to me and asked me to leave. Me, the person being threatened. After spending the past hour and a half of my day trying to aquire medicine for an injury. This dispensary has questionable quality product (hit or HUGE miss), inconsistent service, and apparently they promote violence. Buyer beware. read more

My fave dispensary. Love all the workers they are very knowledgeable. They always know what I'm looking for and can help me if I don't know what I'm looking for. I normally wouldn't do a bad review like this but people need to be warned!!! Just because they're in humbolt county they think they can be rude to patients!!?? We called to make sure we would be able to grab a lil medicine, was a huge emergency already having a rough day, 2 day road trip, my Mexican was stolen from me and the last thing I needed was more anxiety from THE HELP!! I arrived at 4:59 was calling several times, no answer !! After he told me he would wait, he argued till 5:09 about letting me in I was walking around trying to find store front..... All n all horrible experience, disrespectful bad attitude, if ur needing compassion along with care stay far away from here! read more

"TOUR OF HUMBOLDT", is only just the beginning when discussing The Humboldt County Collective. WE ARE HUMBOLDT, First class all the way & we DO NOT MESS AROUND. This collective is keen on keeping you in stock of all your favorites & locals, & we're not just talking the reefer. The ediables section "goodies & treats", itself should really be a little coffee shop with all the refreshments they provide. The atmospere is very laid back, hopefully what you would expect with a Humboldt dispensary. The staff is not only curteous but, friendly & knowledgable. Walking in is like walking into an art show. The mosiac on the ground w/ built in quarter :) Old school beautiful furniture & cases holding up delicate jewelery & pieces of all sorts, including local blowers. The Humboldt County Collective is a real treasure for Eureka, Ca. read more

What an nice surprise this dispensary was. My husband has been diagnosed with cancer and after getting sick from all the pharmaceutical crap, We just recently looked into cannabis as pain option, so we really need help. Savannah was awesome at taking the time and explaining different options on a wide selection of cbd edibles for pain, so we could make an informed decision. Gave my husband bottled water and something to try for nausea, plus free gift. This place and staff is so professional, caring and totally ROCKS! read more

Was there this week. Just like walking into a Hallmark Store. Greeted by a very friendly woman who checked my paperwork and I was shopping. The gentleman behind the counter was very knowledgeable, friendly answered my questions. Great customer service. Yes, it does still exist. This is by far my favorite clinic to go to. The workers are always so nice & helpful. My boyfriend & I have been going here for years & we love their compassion as well as the veteran discount. I look forward to coming in because of how friendly they are & their amazing products. read more

The sign up process is simple, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and the products I go home with are always satisfying, both in price and in quality. I've never seen a dispensary staff care about the patient as much as these guys do. For me, Its really nice to feel a sense of trust with a dispensary, when I look at how awkward (...and even unfriendly) some places can be. I showed up the other day, not realizing that it was closing time for them, as they were locking up, but they saw me pull up and let me back in to get what I needed. So I really want to commend these guys for always making my experience a good one, Thank you! :) read more

This place is amazing. They are courteous honest and incredibly friendly. I have NEVER had a bad experience here with the people or the medicine. They have been much more helpful than they realize with my particular needs. I have never been unhappy with quality of the medicine however I have been suprise by how good it worked for my exact situation. There are many form of medicine to choose from and they are incredibly accommodating. I was suprise to see a bad review for them when they even stayed later to try to help that patients needs. Can't please everyone I guess....just know they will do their level best to make you a happy camper when you visit this awesome collective. Thanx again guys I appreciate you! read more

My first trip I was only offered high priced weed, I had actually had to ask for the only weed name I knew I liked, I wanted to try something new but I was so confused I just grabbed a familiar one and ran. Decided today to try again, well the young dude at the counter was with a customer and he was friendly and knew his shit, meanwhile I'm with this pierced asshole that made me so uncomfortable I once again took the first thing I saw and ran, so I think I'm going to go back to be ripped off from my norm place, at least they are nice to me.... read more

The negative reviews for The Humboldt County Collective are obviously from idiots or plants from the brand x dispensary next door. I have been coming to this place for 3 years and it is hands down the most friendly and accommodating dispensary in all of Humboldt county. I cannot stress how great the staff is and their selections are on par or better than any other place I have been. read more

THC is a pretty nice dispensary. It's tucked away behind a parking lot in an obscure part of Eureka, so it takes some finding. All of their bud is "clean green certified" so you know there's nothing nasty in it, and you can even peek at your strain under a microscope. It's quite an experience walking in to the small room occupied mostly by a countertop full of glass jars holding ounces of medical cannabis. The bud is handled with chopsticks. You get a free joint when you join, and they have deals like $25 pre-weighed eighths, and a 5 for 4 gram sampler. They had at least 15 strains on the menu when I was there, including Strawberry Cough, Resinous Wonder, Purple Haze, Headband, and Trainwreck. Their 45 micron hash looked good too. They had edibles such as taffy, caramels, chocolate macaroons, and sugar cookies. However, their $7.50 chocolate macaroon edible lacked potency. All of the buds they sell are small, but they are all grown with care either indoors or in a greenhouse and covered in trichomes. The quality they provide comes at a premium, however. Whether $12-15 per gram, $42-45 an 8th, and $300+ an ounce is a reasonable price for quality medical cannabis is debatable, but their prices are pretty standard for dispensaries in the area. read more

Thieves - unfortunately. Sent rocks instead of product. No resolution, not even an inquiry to my complaint. Stole $250. Cannot be trusted.

They gave me the wrong edible. I asked for non-dairy and did not find out until I got home that it had dairy after I ate some. So I got sick and it did nothing for me. They refused to compensate me. Even a pharmacy will rectify that. read more
