Very chill place and nice staff. Helpful every time I've needed it--- before I ask! Decent prices. Never had a problem with homeless or people asking for change outside. That's an issue at other places, unfortunately. read more

This may be the place for bulk quantity material, stopped in the other day their menu has a really good mix of meh and good brands. Staff was super friendly and helpful and friendly + they had friendly dogs inside (a bonus for me). Minus points for their online menu and in store display menus I think it could be more user friendly. read more

Far and away one of the best dispensaries in the State of California and the best in Humboldt County. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The High Tide Lounge next to Ecocann is where friends meet to enjoy the experience. I highly recommend people try this dispensary for an extremely exceptional experience. read more

...went there yesterday to purchase something for sleep however the DROPS LIVE RESIN did NOTHING to help me stay asleep, expensive fucking bad tasting candy for $16, didn't even offer first time buyer discount nor did they offer any deals or discounts for a new/last time customer, good way to keep people away..the amount of CBN was no more that if you had old weed sitting around..won't be going back, I'd rather buy old weed instead for $50 an ounce... read more

I've been coming to this place for years. BUT never again. That dude at the door, USELESS! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is the second time that idiot rubbed me the wrong way. I asked for a price on something. He literally would not help me. He said there's menus. Lol what a Jack ass. My money will be spent at Humboldt Collective where the customer service is superior to this place hands down. F*** this place. Period. On my way to Humboldt Collective now. For those that don't know, Humboldt collective let's you earn points to claim as money towards purchases so if that door man at Ecocann rubs you the wrong way too, head to Humboldt Collective. read more

I stopped into this dispensary on my way along the Cali coast and was more then please with my experience as soon as I walked in. Right off the highway this shop had a great location with plenty of street parking. Located in a "shopping downtown area" right by the water (and I was just in time for sunset!!!!) Unlike any other dispensary I've been to this special place had FOUR doggos just lounging around for you to pet and love on!! Having the pups there made it such a comfortable place to be in and I felt welcome even though I wasn't a local. The quality of what I picked up was great. I'll be stopping here again in the future for awesome product, helpful staff and puppy love!!! read more

Ecocann Dispensary - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Eureka, California

We are relatively new to edibles and wanted something to relax and chill. The gentleman working out front (tall guy with glasses, sorry I didn't catch your name) was very informative and answered all our questions and made great recommendations. We successfully relaxed, which has been difficult to do lately. The gummies I purchased were $20 each. Totally worth it, helped my knee and lower back pain after a rough hike. Bonus that we slept great that night. No paranoia. read more

Very kind and patient folks who are always friendly and happy to educate customers! The pricing is more than fair and the selection is awesome. I can't recommend them enough! read more

This dispensary's prices are the best in town and the people there are super friendly. Plus you more often then not get to pet puppies!! They deliver and are always helpful with trying to make sure you get the best product for what ever purpose you need to fill. I would recommend giving them a look at the very least. read more

Local product plus! Great dispensary! Was able to get local product, CBD tinct, and sunshine grown. This is a local business and I like to see them succeed. The staff is awesome and there are friendly dogs! Very nice environment, great prices and varieties. Go Ecocann! read more

Not impressed with my first "legal buy" in Eureka. I wasn't completely turned off by the bouncer out front checking my ID and keeping me out until its time, but when I heard that other places have waiting rooms I thought that was a better option. They didn't have what I was looking for and everything was very expensive, ok there's a huge tax on everything and this is technically a new business, I can understand that. But the dude with his "office" in the front room grossed me out. There was no reason for him to be there except to look important. Keep your office in the back bro. To me, it looks like a cash grab from a dude who doesn't know weed culture and just wants to be on the front lines of legal business. I'll be taking mine elsewhere. You can buy pot there and its in old town, so that's cool. Just my two cents. read more

Glad I found this place today! I flew in from Hawaii and needed some medicine! I called ahead letting them know I was on my way, as I knew they were close to closing hours! Was thankful they were there and actually opened the door for me as I walked up! Super friendly and super cute dogs! Plenty of aloha!!! read more

I had a great experience here. I came in with some nasty back pain and was helped immediately, despite there being numerous other customers, and the staff was very nice and helpful - they suggested the Breez cinnamon 5mg/5mg CBD and THC tablets. I was expecting to pay a lot more than $31 for 20 of them. 2-3 of them totally took away my pain (plus I had a blissful nap). The high is actually very nice, too. A good product and very nice staff! Thank you! read more

Ecocann Dispensary - Breez cinnamon tablets 5mg CBD/5 mg THC per tablet :) (x 20) - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Eureka, California

This place totally overprices the weed they sell (by a lot) and when we confronted them about numerous 1/8ths we purchased weighing short, the owner was a real jizz bag and said nobody expects to get exactly 3.5 grams every time they buy an 1/8th. Well, I do. Asshole. Don't bother with this place. There are much better local options. The only reason I ever went here was it was close to my bank. Totally worth it to go to another local dispensary. read more

They're okay. Very expensive. I can pick up great indoor grow for pennies compared to the dispensaries. They just starting selling gummies with less than 10mg (7mg) for the same price they were selling the 10mg gummies (30mgs less) they were 10 @ 10mg/each for a total of 100mg per bag. Same amount lower THC. That's when I stopped going there. I'd rather find a grower with great prices that are consistent and stick with them. read more

Went to Ecocann last weekend and was very pleased with my experience. The bud tender (I believe his name is Steven) was super friendly and knowledgeable. The environment was very welcome and they even had some cute shop dogs. They have a good variety of edibles, flower, and prerolls. Pretty good pricing compared to other dispensaries I've been to in California. I will definitely be back, thank you Ecocann family read more

I love that you can go in on a Friday night and pick up a pre-rolled like a good bottle of wine. And the staff is so knowledgeable. I really enjoy learning about our local farms. I Highly recommend them. Thanks for serving our community. read more

If I could leave a zero or -1 star I would. Went in twice and had terrible customer service both times. Bud tenders didn't have answers to my questions, I waited forever to be served and was just made to feel like I was a second class customer because I wasn't buying pounds of weed.... The product I DID get was dried out and stale. I will NOT be returning and will be telling everyone I know to stear clear of these money grubbing grower bros. It is obvious they have no interest in developing community connections or ties, from what I can see they are only interested in $$ and that's not the kind of dispensary I want in my town. read more

Very high prices... I don't mean a dollar or two more... I mean 10,20 or 30 dollars over the other place in Eureka... I wouldn't recommend it read more

Knowledgeable budtenders and adorable dogs! Great quality, low cost bud, and friendly doorman ;)

I love the service the dogs are always happy to see you and their everybody always has a happy smile on their face. They genuinely care about how you feel and how you're doing their products are absolutely amazing and they have a huge variety. read more

Great staff and very friendly. Only bought a sour kush pre-roll. Just needed a bit since I forgot mine at home for our overnight trip to Humboldt. I've been to plenty dispensaries and Ecocann has a great vibe with decent prices for quality weed options. read more

Traveling through town to WA! And dislocated my shoulder a cpl weeks prior. Drive Had me irritable and extremely sore.... I can't smoke high THC because it makes me darn right special. They had EXACTLY what I needed! CBD Dominant! High CBD and low THC! 10$ for a pre roll is a little pricer than what I pay in Colorado! 7.25$ and 4.25$ for locals... but I'm just happy to find CBD dominant. Extremely busy! But the process was fast, and your ethnic Dready Beauty was magnificent, extremely nice, and very helpful! Cheers Guys! read more

They stay open late which is amazing! They always have a variety of prices so everyone can get their greenery!

I bought the cartridge that goes with the pen. It's around $40. I have an extremely low tolerance and one small puff usually does the job. Their cartridge of Strawberry Diesel at 72% THC is extremely low quality. 3 puffs and nothing. Where is the quality control? I think a rip off. Not going back. read more

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and informative. Cheap prices. I usually always get a parking spot in the front. Fast service. They are all really nice plus i love the dogs. Anyway, one of my favorite dispensaries in humboldt and definately will be back. read more

Clearly you have staff issues If there's this many people complaining. One young gentleman was so kind, but the other one was so disrespectful. The first words out of his mouth he literally YELLED at me to get in line. I went up to take a picture so I could go to my car until I was ready. Then he told the customer in front "Jesus Christ" while shaking his head at me. I felt so awkward and thought I kept PLENTY of distance. Maybe I didn't. But that is not how to talk to customers. My first time there and definitely my last. Word travels fast in humboldt so if you plan on keeping business you should maybe start treating customers like they arent peasants. read more

Laced edibles! This dispensary is the reason I no longer use cannabis. I ended up having a terrible reaction to their product. I tested positive of tricyclics (antidepressants) after coming here. Clearly there is zero quality control in what they sell. I have major drug sensitivity's and ended up hospitalized from the reaction. I have never been prescribed antidepressants in my life so they shouldn't have shown up in my toxicology report. Unfortunately, they did. My cousin was on antidepressants before he committed suicide. This place should be shut the fuck down. read more

This is a very professional, courteous & yet comfortable place to shop. The employees are knowledgeable & helpful. The atmosphere is laid back... Great place!!! read more

Woohoooo! The front dude was nice and charming. The music is legit and sounds great with a couch and free reading material available as you wait for your turn at the counter. They have a nice display of edibles available by the couch as you wait as well. I got a preroll my first time or so and if you want one that gets you high in one hit try the ones with oil on the paper as well. They have a ton of edible choices but I eventually graduated from preroll's to the on sale bud they always have at least one strain or maybe offer you a couple strains for sale under $30 for an eighth. The sales people are good looking and nice and talk with you about what you bring up. Definitely make sure you get a good smell of the different buds it's great to smell the variety. read more

Great products, friendly people, decent prices. Use it for edibles on regular basis. In D town Eureka. Safe area

Vegan space gem edibles and a cool lounging dog. This is a cool place to go. Seems like they have a lot of good stuff, but I just came in for the edibles. read more

First visit at this dispensary. Everyone was very nice, welcoming and knowledgeable. I got a gram of Nash indoor for $17 per g before taxes. I came from San Francisco to run a half marathon on sunday near Eureka. I just got home today tuesday 12:15am and weigh my gram of Nash and there is only 0.90. It was 2 nuggets pretty dense but looked about a gram. But you never now until you weigh it. 0.90 g. I have a picture to prove and and i was driving most of the day to visit the area and couldn't smoke. Who can smoke some 25.9% THC weed then drive? Not me that is for sure especially to drive back to SF! I am asking for the owner or the manager to contact me directly and either send me my .1g missing through mail or a partial refund. This is why it is a 1 star only. Imagine how much they give you when you buy a quarter, 1 gram 2 grams maybe? Who knows. Please future shoppers, go somewhere else or you might get ripped off. Apparently they don't make enough money with these prices they have to steal from their clients. Unacceptable! read more

i wish i could give this place zero stars for the way they treated me . the dude at the door was VERY rude from the get go for me being 20 with a med card . i politely asked if they had masks (we've been traveling and were under prepared because in our town it's not forced ) so we ask if it's okay if we have our Vax card , the simple answer would be a polite business no , he said and i quote "that is not relevant " . we were just in a rush since we walked and didn't have much time to walk back . it just would've been nice if we were treated politely like we treat everyone :/ come to find out from multiple people and places that they are just know to be "rude" which sucks when you're supposed to work in a friendly field :( read more

Bouncer not only wanted to check my ID but wanted to enter me into their system and keep my "on file". I told him I don't share my personal data unnecessarily and as I response I was told I couldn't shop their. Terrible business model, kind of explains why eco can was empty but humboldt collective was packed even with three people at the counter. read more

I visited Eco prior to the new laws that started 2018. This is the worst dispensary Humboldt has ever had. It looks new and that's about it. I've lived here over a decade and have frequented all dispensaries even the short lived ones we have had. Eco has the Highest prices and they have the worst staff. 2 staff members ignored me for nearly 10 minutes and treated the other customers different than myself. I was the only customer not offered a discount or a free first member gift like the people in front of me. I took that as a personal offense. I noticed both the questions I had and the questions asked by the other customers were not answered or the said they didn't know. To top it all off they didn't give me back my $10 in change. I was so upset that all this was happening in my first visit I will never ever go back and tell everyone what thieves this place is. We have some of the first dispensaries in California in our community and this place is the owners money grab operation and if they weren't in old town I bet they would get no returning customers. They don't care about the customer or the community. I read a bad review about someone even taking a bus there and being ignored for 20 minutes so they just left and I thought it must be fake but after what happened to me I'm sure its real. read more

Absolutely love this place! Good weed, good people, and good dogs! Definitely worth checking out

I returned to this dispensary today 2.25.18.I attempted to purchase another breeze mints 1000mg.no problem this time right......wrong more bullshit...see tips....I was told they were 97 dollars.that is more than twice what they charged me last time.Well as anyone else would do i questioned what was up.this guy with beard who checked me in,sorry i didn't get his name.well he tells me I'm lucky i got them so cheap, but someone made a mistake last time and charged me the wrong price.i kept my receipt from the previous visit and checked when i got home.hey dude with the beard and the attractive blonde that also gave me crap.your both liars and theives, just tell it like it is,you doubled the price because you are strickly in this business to rip people off.97 dollars is 45 dollars more than THC across town.don't go here if this deal i was offered is any indication of the rest of their prices go to the dispensary on Myrtle Ave.hey people at ecocann not all your clients are so baked they can't tell a burn when they see one, shame shame shame, assho?es read more

It's really disappointing to see the low reviews, this place is great! As a person who has and still works in the legal industry at a few different processing and packaging facilities, I can easily see that a lot of these low star reviews are complaints about things that the dispensary has no control over. The high prices, ID verification, and product packaging are all things that come along with the legalization of marijuana that YOU the public voted for. The packaging, as in amount and tamper/child proof jars/bags etc. are all things that are regulated now. These are rules that you voted for when you voted for legalization, so if you're complaining you really only played yourself. And if an item is faulty or if it doesn't weigh out to what it is advertised as- it isn't the fault of the dispensary but the company who produced the item. I thought that was common sense? (And some of the most recent reviews look like eureka tweakers found a computer) This place is great! It's clean and organized and looks high end right when you walk in. They have a variety of stuff like edibles, flower, joints, pens and probably more I don't remember. All of the employees are friendly and helpful, and it's dog-friendly too so you can bring your fur baby! My only criticism is that while they have a variety of products they don't have ways to use the products, like glass pieces or rolling papers which would make it a one-stop shop to me. I recommend this place to all my friends tho read more
