Most equipment is very old and not in the best condition but everything works as it should. And exercise doesn't have to be shiny and new to work well. There are a few items that are missing, but overall you can get a full workout here with no issues. Another great thing is its never crowded and there is plenty of easy parking behind the building. Staff is also friendly and helpful. One shortcoming is the lack of any type locker room. There are only two small unisex bathrooms. Barely enough room to wash your hands, let alone change into workout clothes. And with no lockers available most members just put their items in piles in corners on the floor around the workout area. This is the only gym Ive ever seen with no lockers. But overall its a fine gym

The Rainbow Spring Bowl comes with four small shrimp and the nutrition facts say 32 grams of protein. I weighed the shrimp as I am a calorie/macro counter; it was 1.8 oz. Plug it into myfitnesspal, you will find it is 5-9 grams of total protein. How the shrimp, a small amount of peanut butter, sesame seeds, and veg equates 32 grams of protein is incalculable. I will say it was delicious! The reason I will not continue ordering is the result of lack of good customer service when I received a wrong meal. One of the photos is the emails. There was no offer to make their wrong a right. In addition, my co-worker had a similar situation. The customer should not have to tell the company how right a mistake, it should be readily offered. The error was a minor one and could have easily been fixed. However, how she handled it was baffling. Customer service can make or break it for me. I believe if I asked for an additional breakfast the following week she would have agreed to give it to me. The customer should not have to explain to the company how to fix an error. I support local businesses with willingness to pay extra, but they need top-notch service, first and foremost.
