TAMMY IS MY GIRL!!! I saw her in February after I had lipo and was in Boston for the week. I found…read moreher on Groupon, which was wonderful because you get to try the services for a discount before deciding if you want to commit. Let me tell you, she is WORTH the money. I've had 5 different masseuses in the time that I was getting massages and she is hands down the best. You definitely get what you pay for. Tammy is professional, funny, and so caring. I saw her three times that week and I wish I could have seen her more, but I wasn't in the area for long. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

She reached out to me on Thursday evening informing me she did not have availability although my appointment was already confirmed. She went on to ask questions about the services I was interested in and I informed her I was interested in at least 3-4 massages a week. She went on to tell me she could not give me the massages requested and she could only offer me 2 max. That was the first alarming thing especially since that was my doctors orders. She went on to say she doesn't work on weekends so I couldn't rebook with her then. She also said she doesn't work on Mondays so the next available day I could book with her was Tuesday. Once I confirmed I would be in town, literally the same day, I went back to my groupon purchase and rescheduled my appointment for Tuesday. The appointment was confirmed. Tammy reached out to me today, on Monday, to tell me she didn't have availability for my Tuesday confirmed appointment and tried to move the appointment to Wednesday. With work and prior obligations, I can't keep rescheduling. She even went on to say she was spending time with her grandkids when I replied to her initial text. I never reached out to her about this. Nonetheless, It is truly sad that when we try to support black businesses, this is the outcome. She seemed to be lazy with saying she could only offer 2 massages without first seeing me in person and clearly doesn't know how to manage time. As I mentioned to her, she shouldn't have her books open on other platforms if she really doesn't want to offer the services advertised; especially if there is never availability. It's just that simple. It's super inconsiderate of my schedule. I would not recommend her. Reporting this with Groupon because it's been a huge inconvenience. In my case, I needed the massage asap. She wasted days of my time and delayed my healing process even more.

Fine but sub par for the price. I was super eager to try…read morethis place out after a friend gave me a raving review, I booked the 60 min new client massage that includes a free "toning facial". The facial was no more than light massaging around the cheeks and chin. Not sure what made it toning and it is most definitely not worth the $125 price tag they typically throw on it. My technician, Rachael, was great! I wear medical devices that's can't be taken off and she was very accommodating around them which I very much appreciated. The massage felt good but for the price fell short for me. You enter into a bay that is divided with a curtain from the customers next to you. While you're paying for your $175+ massage you can hear the conversations going on around you. Upon finishing you're lead right to their "wellness room" where they show you all of their products and supplements they have for sale and then led to the front desk to sell you on packages immediately. I think the experience would have been more worth it if I hadn't seen my money being thrown in their "upscale" tactics like solid black toilet paper, custom towels that you can see until you're getting re-dressed in dim lighting, and everything they own being labeled with their logo. I would have preferred a cheaper massage for what we're all there for - lympathic drainage.

Just had the first lymphatic drainage massage of my life and I loved! I feel so good right now and…read moreI can see definition in my upper stomach that I've never seen before. It's pricey if you don't buy a package of 3 ($239 v $175) so if you go I'd suggest buying 3 at a time (after your first session to see if you like it). The technician was so professional and helpful. I bought the pack of 6 detox patches ($24) to help future inflammation/bloating/prevent hangovers. Highly recommend this service.
