Been eyeing this restaurant for awhile. Happy to finally try this locally owned family business. Serving delicious American style food. The order: I got the spicy chicken pasta which comes in mild, spicy, and super spicy. I stuck with the mild. Super delicious fish. I love me some fat noodles. The doneness of the noodle was perfect, lathered in a yummy sauce. The chicken in the dish seemed to be grilled adding a nice char flavor to the overall dish. The sliced bell peppers added an another layer of flavor to it. I would definitely order this again! I also ordered the Angus Slider, came with two sliders and I added some gator tots for an extra $4. The sliders were beautifully put together. You can see all the condiments and ingredients all in one. It has onion, tomato, bacon, and lettuce. Enjoyed it very much so. The tater tots were superb. So very crunchy and crispy just how I like it. Service is amazing I came today 2/13/26 and the girl who wore glasses was very kind and helpful. Excellent customer service from her. I'm a sucker for good service! Restaurant does have a few tv for guest to watch while eating, so noise level is on the louder side. They have a bar as well. This place has been one my list to try for awhile now and my experience was what I pretty much expected from it. The food was great minus my salad dressing, it was on the spicier side than what I'm normally used to for a Santa Fe salad. But the menu has good options and nothing too much where it's overwhelming to decide from. I was there for lunch on a Saturday and there was one waitress going around helping each table. It was fine, until it got busier. At some point another employee did come in but we watched a small family sit down and no one went to them for almost 10-15 minutes? No water, no menu's, no acknowledgement, nothing. You could see in their faces and body language that they were getting impatient. I would to if I'll be honest. One person at the table ended up getting up to grab themselves menu's from the bar and that's when someone finally went to go and assist them. Our waitress was great at first but then pretty much disappeared towards the middle once it did get busier which caused us to wait for awhile to pay when we were ready. I get it, it's not their fault if they have multiple things to do and are short staffed, I know this is supposed to be a more casual setting but I do think something needs to be adjusted towards the amount of employees present or the structure to help ensure people coming in and dining are getting acknowledged and catered towards in a timely manner. I'll try this place again in the future but service is definitely and make or break for me anywhere. read more

Walked in and was told by the waitress to sit anywhere. There was one clean table in the middle of the room. About 4 dirty tables with stuff still on them. The waitress preceded to sit down at the bar after telling us to sit wherever. Next the bartender appeared annoyed that we didn't want to chose the one open table in the middle so he so graciously pointed it again and then became annoyed again with the fact that we didn't want that table. Keep in mind we had a two year old and a 7 month old so we really didn't want to sit in the middle of the walk way for the restaurant. The only reason I'm bothered is because how are you going to sit down at the bar to BS instead of your job of cleaning tables? Kinda gives an idea of the over all quality. read more

I've came here a few times and every time I always order one of their burgers. The one I order this time is called the pride of valley which had the meat cooking of your choice, cheese, red pinion, lettuce, tomato and their thousand island sauce. Overall I love this burger and had great flavor and just always cooked the way I like it. I also upgraded my fries and got them with honest and bacon. You can't knock that combo until you try it from this place. There is plenty of parking for you to find it's normally crowded during the ending and weekends. The place gets busy at times but when it's slow the servers help you a lot faster. The whole place is decent with space inside and outside. Stopped in unexpectedly after being on this side of town for an appointment. Have gone back 3 times since. Food is amazing, service is always friendly. We have had a tiny bit of a wait on some visits, but nothing too extra or more than 5 mins. It is both laid back, relaxed and elevated. I would be comfortable showing up casual, or casual nice! There's both inside and outside seating, so it's nice to have options. Inside can be louder at times if the bar is busy, but depending the time it can also be super relaxed and quiet! If you like buffalo sauce the chicken buffalo tots are a MUST try. They have blue cheese and even though they're an appetizer I've eaten them as my entree. The serving is easily enough for 4 to munch on before dinner. All of their tacos are delicious, and I've had a salad that was fantastic (I forget which one). New eatery next to the movie theatre at El Paseo. I didn't know about it until I drove passed it during my lunch hour. I grew curious and decided to try it. Small, bustling bar/restaurant in a prime location with decent food and service. My family and I arrived at about 10:15 pm on a Friday night for a late dinner. Even at that hour the place was busy and loud, definitely an upbeat vibe. Service was okay although there were long gaps of us waiting for our check and to go boxes, understandable given there seemed to be only 2 servers on the floor. The inside is pretty small but they do have a decent sized outdoor patio space. We ordered the fish and chips, which had 3 pieces of fish. It was served with shoestring fries. We did enjoy this dish, the fish was very crispy and fresh. We also ordered the spicy edamame which we loved. I also got the nachos which were the weakest dish, the chips were too thin to hold toppings without breaking and the overall flavor was just ok. I would have preferred more of the hot toppings. I would definitely return to try more though, the sandwiches that were coming out of the kitchen did look good. read more

Here yay here yay, well stopped in at " The Hub Eats & Drinks " last night. This place was packed. The food was good and the menu is relatively small but had a good selection of tasty plates and appetizers. The vibe is loud and a little chaotic with regard to seating and inside space. No waiting area to speak of, staff were attempting to prevent folks from leaving who were waiting for a tables. Other than that the food was good and our waitress was attentive and nice. We will be returning to try their pizza and hamburgers they looked very good. I gave this hang out 4 stars because of the delicious food and because for a new business I am sure they will work out the kinks. They have a great happy hour menu with an assortment of drinks and appetizers. We tried a variety of items including their pretzel (came with cheese sauce), but I also wish it came with mustard. Nonetheless, it was great. The fried pickles were also a favorite. The batter is light and I appreciated how it didn't completely fall apart when trying to bite into it because they were thinner pieces. We came to this restaurant when it first opened and my initial review was great. The food was was good and value priced. The beer and ambiance the same. We recently visited the restaurant again and the food was still tops. Unfortunately, I see it becoming loud and noisy bar. We ate outside because the TVs were just turned up too loud making everyone inside equally loud because you couldn't hear each other. I may have missed it during our initial visit but it looks like they've darkened the windows so you can't see inside at all. Somewhat of a turn off if your newcomer not knowing what to expect until you open the door. Some might just walk by for other more inviting venues. As for our meal, we ended up eating outside because of the noise. I suggest if they want to continue with the loud sports bar option put money into the outdoor patio area as it would offer customers an alternative. Include heaters and misters for the seasonal weather in Fresno. In doing so you will go far in the competitive restaurant market in Fresno. read more
