Ask for Jared or Riley!! So knowledgeable and helpful. Not "pushy" . You feel like you are welcomed by friends and they guide you in the right direction. They listen to your stories and seem to really care! Customer service at its finest. Products are A+ quality. PETSMART what?? Never again, this will be my go to for pet supplies. This is a picture of the toy Jared suggested and it worked!!! On day one! Check this place out!

Went with my dog for the first time today to pick out her birthday gifts. The store has a great selection and is reasonably priced. I found many items I have been purchasing at Amazon for much more money. We found more than enough great things and we hope to be back soon.

I stopped because Im like okay maybe she's volunteering or a staff's daughter or something. Then I ask you work here? She says yea but Im new. So Im standing there because Im thinking we'll now is the time for you to shine and help a CUSTOMER. She looks at me like Im an alien granted I was in military uniform, but I have all my body parts so not sure why the stare. I then say "well are you not going to ask someone?" AGAIN weird stare. She speaks English so language was not a barrier. She says well there's someone up there you can ask. Im like wow! Great customer service! Walk a little further knowing there's only fish to the back but then realized my money and time can go elsewhere. Very disappointed.

When I entered the salon with my dog she immediately started speaking negatively with no hope to try to help me. My dog was actually allowing her to pick him up despite her rude attitude and demeanor... all was well until she put her hand between his legs and tried to pick him up that way???? He then proceeded to show her that he was not okay with that. After that we got sent out as if it was my dog's fault. I understand safety is top priority and I would never push anything on anyone, but to have such a bad attitude toward me for no reason is just very unprofessional and unpleasant. I've been taking my dogs to pet smart for grooming for over a decade and not once have I ever encountered someone like this salon leader. You can tell she is just an unpleasant worker and doesn't have the love for dogs. Also if this helps emphasize my statement more, I have never written a review in my life. This is how bad and heartless my interaction with the salon leader was. It costs nothing to be kind and considerate. You never know what others are going through.

Appears that the staff runs hot and cold some people are into their job and very informative others don't know anything about anything and don't even know the right direction to point you in. They're the ones that know nothing I find it quite discouraging and it lessens my desire to go into this store. As the prices are not cheap, I would like to know more about what I am purchasing and like a reputable sales person to tell me what they have available. Unfortunately this is not always available or the case in this particular store. What's a girl to do? Love your animals and get them whatever you can but don't settle on mediocrity, ever.

The office texted earlier that day asking if she could come at 2:00pm instead. She said she would try. Unfortunately, rain and traffic delayed her, and she arrived at 2:10pm. The waiting room was empty and exam room doors were open, but she was told they could not see our dog because she was "late" for the earlier requested time and their schedule was completely full. They offered to reschedule for the next day. As a worried pet parent, that was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. She immediately called Banfield Pet Hospital (PetSmart). Even though they were fully booked, the receptionist kindly checked with the medical team. Within 30 seconds, he told my wife to bring our dog in. They were clearly very busy when she arrived, but you would never know it from the way she was treated. The entire team -- from the front desk to the vet tech to Dr. Gupta -- showed such kindness, compassion, and professionalism. They took their time, answered her questions, and never made her feel rushed or like she was a burden. As upsetting as her experience was at Vetco, we're incredibly thankful it led us to Banfield Animal Hospital of South Tampa. They earned a new client that day. Thank you PetSmart. Shame on PetCo!

I had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences at this location on November 30th…read more I came in to purchase the Stella & Chewy's Meal Mixers that were advertised in the store as BOGO through 11/30. When I went to check out, the item rang up full price. The associate Kassidy tried to help but couldn't adjust it, so she called the manager, Isaac. That's where things went completely downhill. Isaac walked up to the register already curt and dismissive. After showing him the clearly posted BOGO signage, he still refused to honor the sale, saying corporate ends promotions in the system 15 minutes before closing. The signs in the store did NOT reflect that, and his tone made it clear he had no interest in helping or even communicating respectfully. His mannerisms, professionalism, and overall attitude were unacceptable. The customers behind me even commented on how rude the interaction was. I ended up purchasing Fromm dog food as well, but I returned my entire purchase. After this experience, I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. As a pet owner, I expect basic respect and accurate advertising. Our hard-earned money shouldn't be taken lightly, and this location clearly doesn't value its customers. Isaac should not be in a leadership role if this is how he treats people. This was enough to lose my business permanently.

Isaac has helped us several times. It is obvious that he knows and loves what he is doing. The shelves are well organized and sometimes we find very good bargains too. Two thumbs up!
