The balance of ingredients: bun, hamburger, lettuce, pickle, onion, and sauce, was perfect. The onion rings rank up there with the best in Redmond. If you want one of those gourmet burgers, smothered with sautéd mushrooms, drive a few blocks down the street; but Bogey's Burgers might be the best old fashioned burger in town. I need to go back and try the waffle fries. The $60 price tag for the three of us is, unfortunately, the new normal for excellent restaurant food.

The vegan Mac and Cheese sauce I make at home with potatoes, carrots, onions and nutritional yeast is so good, my carnivore daughter gobbles it up. Acme, find a better recipe, please.
