The receptionist greeted us and found a salesperson within a minute. We were pretty surprised, since we just walked in. We ended up working with two different people, one guy for plumbing and then a woman in lighting. They were both really knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We ordered everything we needed that day and we even took a faucet home with us. When our stuff came in, our salesman called to tell us. My husband picked up our material in the back part of the store under the cover, and even though he got there about fifteen minutes before close, the men at the counter were still friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back for our kitchen remodel!

You're better off ordering from the manufacturer, paying the extra cost for better customer service and dealing with them directly on issues than dealing with Keidel. The kicker? We ran into a problem with the AC drain overflowing to our kitchen ceiling in the second floor. We called Tarvin for help as we needed someone soon. Dave came over the next day and we got service at a reasonable price. Dave not only fixed our problem but spent time helping us figure out how to prevent the issue from happening again. He took us step by step through the process and even explained that it's actually pretty normal to have some buildup in the pvc pipes from dripping water lines. This was above and beyond and much appreciated. And we weren't gouged the service. When this happened we were concerned because we have had bad experiences with plumbers in the past. Tarvin is our go to plumber from here on out.

Needless to say, their repair hasn't held. The pvc piping they installed won't even stay together. It only held for a few months and then just came apart-- leaving us with having to have a bucket beneath the sink. I'm just frustrated enough to write this updated review now because I have to pay to have another plumber come out to fix their work. These people are predatory and unprofessional. Would not recommend. What would've been nice is if the owner of this plumbing company saw the invoice number on my receipt in the last post and tried to reach out-- but he didn't. Instead he implied that we didn't even have his company service my mother's home. Having integrity in your business -- owning a job and its result means something.

My dog needed an antibiotic and when I came to pick it up it was in liquid form and really expensive. Without me having to ask, the girl at the front desk asked the vet if they could switch it to tablets which was way cheaper and way easier for my dog to take. I was so impressed and happy with how it was handled and happy that I didn't have to pay extra. I believe her name is Raven, she was working the front desk and helped with switching the meds. I told her I was heading to an appointment and would have to come back to pick up the meds. She sent me a text to let me know that the meds were able to be switched to tablets and that they were ready to be picked up.

A total kitchen remodel was a bigger project than I expected. Having a company like Virgo…read moreRemodeling was extremely helpful when it came to pulling all the pieces together. Cabinets, flooring, painting and countertops. Brian with Virgo did the cabinet piece, and provided crucial information regarding the flooring, countertops and painting. He helped with all the decisions that needed to be made, and coordinated with the other contractors to ensure that each part fell together seamlessly. I got 3 estimates for the total project, and ending up going with Brian to get the entire project complete. His estimate was in the middle as far as cost. From the 1st stage of demolition, to the last countertop being installed, Brian made sure that all the details were covered, and that the project moved along smoothly. He did quality cabinet work, and clearly took pride in all the work that was done. I could have gotten it all done for a little less money, but am confident that I paid a fair price. Many questions came up during the process, and Brian provided all the answers along the way. When issues came up, and they inevitably will, Brian took the time to get them resolved. I am very happy that I didn't go with the cheapest estimate, as I'm certain that I wouldn't have received the assistance that I got as the project progressed. I am very happy with Virgo Remodeling, and would recommend that you reach out to Brian to see if they can do a great kitchen remodel for you as well.
