My husband and I have used Xpert Custom Painting to do both interior and exterior painting jobs on our house. We didn't know the owner, Dan, before he came to do the estimate for our first interior job. He takes pride in his business, and it shows in his work. He gets estimates to you quickly, he (and his crew) shows up on time, he thoroughly cleans up when finished, and is fairly priced. He has always patched walls, filled holes, caulked, etc. in order to make the paint job look the best. Did I mention he cleans up very thoroughly? That's one of the best parts about Dan and his crew. We received a few painting estimates from local firms that were recommended to us. We picked Dan not only because his bid was reasonable (and in keeping with the other estimates) but because we appreciated his attention to detail when we walked through the house with him. He didn't have a fancy brochure of flyers about his company, but came across as someone who takes pride in what he does. We liked him instantly and also appreciated his willingness to scale back the project or edit out certain areas from the original estimate if we were uncomfortable with the overall price. He personally oversaw all the work - and was on site doing a lot of the painting alongside his crew on all days. After having tried to schedule some other contractors since, it is important to say that Dan and his crew were never late. They started when they said they would and finished when they estimated they would. They left the house super tidy. They made very few mistakes (missed a few spots, etc. - but it was big project. Dan painted the entire interior of a 2400 sq foot, 1920s house. Trim/Roof/Walls, Doors, Windows and closets ) and also did some extra areas that had not be originally discussed (patching a large hole in the wall, extra coats of paint, etc.). For the few areas they missed Dan promptly returned to finish the work and we know we will have him back again for some touch ups after the floors have been redone + for painting the exterior of the house read more

It was a year ago this month that Dan Anderson and his crew at Xpert Custom Painters painted the exterior of my house. It's looked so good when originally done, it made my house look like a new house. I wanted to make sure that the exterior kept that new look thru the seasons before providing a review. Still looks as good as the day they painted it. The exterior of my house has aluminum siding that was installed in the 1970's. The surface had the chalky surface that aluminum siding gets after a period of time. I wasn't sure how having it painted would turn out. But, Dan and his crew did a wonderful job. It looks as good as it did the day they painted it. The were very professional and cleaned everything up when the job was completed. The results exceeded my expectations.
