    Busy tonight, where did all these people come from. Walking in it seemed as if the Store was staffed because everyone was at the front entrance register. But as I walked down each isle looking for help I realized that they were either short staffed or taking a break. I looked down at least 8 isles for a paint scrapper and when I did find someone they sent me down the wrong isle (huh?) Well I found it on my own like everything else I purchased. Now checking out was good because the lady at the register was friendly, nice and patient.

This went on for a long time, I really wanted my microwave fixed, so I was very patience. Until finally I ask for my refund, he gave me some story about the manufacturer not refunding him the funds that originally zelled him. He told it would take 14 business days to refund him and he would refund me. Long story short, he refunded me 400.00 dollars, the rest he said would refund me in 2 weeks, I guess if I don't reach out to him he will never refund me. I just said to him don't bother just keep the rest of the money. People be careful doing business with this guy.

Had food go bad each time, "repairs" were near over $500 all for nothing. AND when i asked for my refund, they still took an entire day to give it back. Gave back the money for labor, thats fine, BUT still had the audacity to say that "Normally we dont give refunds" well Normally people don't pay for incomplete, inexperienced service especially when its near $500. Now i have these fridge parts where in questioning if they were defective to begin and looking elsewhere for repairs.​

When I arrived to the store drop off I was told that I had to wait for an hour with only 2 customers ahead of me. After 20 minutes I called Christopher who came right out from the back and had my laptop registered on ready for repairs. I mentioned to him a lady that was already waiting for over an hour. He also took care of her. Christopher is the face of GREAT customer service! Give him a raise!!! BTW my computer was ready early - really early like 24 hours early and it is working awesome.

    On My 11 my daughter and I went to BestBuy to purchase the new iPhones. The salesman, Jose,…read moreencouraged us to switch to Verizon to get the phones free. He made several guarantees in the pitch. 1) He said our activation fee of $60 per line (we have 3 lines) would be waved; 2) he said they would pay off my daughter's current phone and to watch for it so that phone could be transferred to someone else; and 3) if we get the Verizon app and autopay we'll get $30 off our bill each month. I got the app and signed up for autopay, and two weeks later I autopaid Verizon $281. They did NOT deduct the activation fee for each of the 3 lines. I call Jose on May 22 and he said he would contact his manager Nicki and have her make sure that I was reimbursed. On the 24th, I called Jose again, he texted saying he told his manager and she would fix it today. May 25th Jose texted me and said they were about to look into my account. Later that day he texted it will be "added on Tuesday" to what, I don't know. Here we are two weeks later and the money still hasn't been credited to my account. Also, I had to search in the Verizon app and found a rebate area to prompt them to pay off my daughter's phone. I guess that was not something they were just going to automatically take care of, like he implied- I had to find it and request it.

    The good: Reasonable prices, friendly technicians, were able to be booked on short notice…read more The bad: I caught a mistake myself that would have caused some drywall damage if I didn't convince/ show them before the left. In summary, my laundry room was recently painted and the dryer vent ducting came out of the back of the machine. I tried to fix it myself but when I pushed the machine back against the wall the duct kept coming off. Unfortunately I found this out by leaking a whole dryer load worth of hot air into my house (fortunately we have an electric dryer so it wasn't bad fumes). Anyways, I yelped around to find a good local company, and strawberry appliance was able to make it out within a few hours. The guys were friendly, replaced the duct from the wall to the machine with a more pliable one so that would stop coming undone, and all this went well. The issue was the connection on the opposite side of the wall had come undone from the work they did, so essentially all the hot air wouldn't have ducted directly outside. I'm sure this would have caused some moisture issues, and I would have expected them to check that before they wrapped up, but they appreciated me catching it and were able to quickly and easily fix it. Overall I would use them again, but would keep an eye out as they haven't fully gotten my trust yet due to the one mistake on the one time they came out.
