Cuando me la ofrecieron la vendedora Yaneth me había dicho que me cubría la garantía de ellos mismos durante un año en compresor, y cualquier parte dañada que no fuera a pagar más garantías ni la de la financiera . Al ver que esto no era justo llame directamente a Samsung, pero oh sorpresa me dicen que esta nevera no tenía garantía porque son saldos que venden de productos defectuosos a empresas que las arreglan y venden, entonces no me iban a cubrir la garantía. Quede en shock porque la consultora Yaneth me la vendió como una nevera nueva. Al ver mi frustración accedí a pagar $107 a appliance outlet para que el técnico fuera a revisar la nevera este fue y me dijo que la computadora central se había dañado que ellos no le iban a cubrir que debía yo pagar. The store has options available in various price ranges and manufacturers. They stock mostly new appliances but do have some scratch and dent items. Be aware you are not shopping in a conditioned air space so depending on weather conditions the shopping can be uncomfortable. Once an appliance is selected shoppers go with their sales person into an air conditioned sales office to purchase their selection. Shoppers that have done their price comparisons on appliances of interest can make a good deal at Appliance Outlet. Just know their low overhead doesn't automatically translate to the lowest price. While the sales department is capable customer service after the sale is deplorable. Customer requests or needs are met with stalls, delays, dodging responsibility to resolve the issue, finally assigning blame, and all the above tactics are laced together with a myriad of excuses. Only through a great deal of perseverance on a customer's part will a resolution be met. read more

Had to replace an old washer and dryer set and spent many hours comparing prices, delivery options at the 'main' retailers - Lowe's, Home Depot, Best Buy, etc.. Even with online discounts, there wasn't much of a deal especially when you factor in delivery and install, haul options and even worse.. waiting 1-2 MONTHS!! Came across a post online and messaged to the ad, received a quick response and warehouse located conveniently down the road. We were greeted by Jose, who was professional and courteous and showed us our best options. Best yet, next day delivery!! There were financing options available and I was impressed by how easy it was, no pressure and very upfront and honest. I'm excited to get my new Samsung set and not sure how there'd be a bad review. I have a relative who used this company up in Conroe a few years ago. She has been very happy with her purchase. However, I was leery about using them based on old reviews posted here on Yelp. But, since it's nearly impossible to get a refrigerator in less than 3-4 months, I thought I would check it out. The salesman, Jose (aka Cowboy Joe) was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He recommended a few options but I stuck with the fridge I had in mind before going there. He helped us find the appliance I wanted at a great price and it was set to be delivered 2 days later. After I left, I decided to look at the reviews on the fridge I ordered and got frantic. The model I wanted has serious problems with the ice maker and in-door water. The problem is well documented in various review resources. I even talked to a salesman at Best Buy to confirm the problem. We drove back to Appliance Outlet to figure out what to do. Cowboy Joe greeted us and asked how he could help. I explained my concerns about my purchase. He explained that some people did have problems with an older model of that ice maker but it has since been rectified. I also brought up my concerns about the warranty department complaints on their Yelp reviews. He assured me that he would work with me to get a solution if I did have a problem. He also offered other options to replace the fridge I bought with a different model. I should have trusted his recommendation in the first place because that is what we ultimately went with. My fridge was delivered today in perfect condition. I'm very happy so far. The other thing I appreciated was that Jose explained how the 120 day no finance charge's terms work. He was very clear about needing it paid off in that time and what would happen if it wasn't paid off as I plan. I'm grateful for his honesty and integrity. Thanks Cowboy Joe!!! Had an installation issue where 0 accountability was taken by the supposed Warranty manager Cindy Romero. When she called to address the issues she had ZERO level of customer services skills and spoke to me as if my issue was a hassle for her. She didnt properly introduce herself when calling so initially I thought it was a sales call. When I questioned her role in the company she left me on read and then claims to have changed phones as she called from a different number the following time. I initially returned to this location because my 1st purchase with them was flawless however I hate to see how things will be handled if I truly have a warranty issue since they cant seem to get delivery and installation issues resolved in a timely fashion. read more

Was looking for dishwasher, salesman showed me matching frig: bought both. Understand this is a dent and scratch outlet for LG. Some items are perfect, they are returned items. The items they showed me were perfect. The delivery truck drivers are contract, only one spoke spanlish, the other spoke Spanish only. He called the am of day of service to say he was 30 min out: showed up 2 1/2 hrs later with items that were dented/scratched, not the items I purchased. I spoke to the manager she said this happens all the time, drivers bang them up on delivery, she gets items in warehouse all the time she would be happy to exchange the dented doors out within the week. I paid $30 to have dishwasher installed, the guy said he couldn't install my dishwasher, mgr said she would credit the install fee back. She has done neither. Plus, once I finally had dishwasher installed, it will not work. This place is no money back, no returns. I recommend you do not buy from here. It is not worth the discount if the products dont work! read more

I purchased 4 appliances from the Preston location. The appliances had a few more dings when delivered to my home. All of them lacked a part or two to complete installation. I called the store to speak with the salesperson hoping he would help me get the parts to complete installation, and he did not return voice messages nor text messages. We were left to search for the parts ourselves. It was frustrating and I felt let down. I still need a washing machine, but will not return to the Preston location Appliance Outlet store. I will spend my $$ elsewhere. read more
