I went to this Home Depot last year bought a 4 thousand dollar refrigerator and such horrible customer service I finally got my fridge and instally had to have it returned it was scratched and dented and then a few weeks ago I bought two toilets 300 each I come home and the one must have been brought back I opened the box and my contractor instally opened it and it was used had dirt and blue toilet bowl cleaner and was wet inside the box as well when we took it back they acted as if I had been the one to do this blamed me pretty much called me a lier and gave me a hard time about getting a new one and when asked to speak with a manager I was told he send gift cards that has not happened very very disappointed in this store and I spent over a thousand bucks this day in professional service I should've learned the first time with the fridge incident not even a sorry or money back or off read more

Don't bother using curbside. I got a text saying it was ready ( so why wasn't it?) After waiting 15 minutes, I called and was patched through to " curbside" The employee ( not a friendly tone at all) was quite snarky and said he was waiting and said " I need time!" I waited an additional 5 minutes before someone brought it out. They did say sorry for the wait. I wouldn't bother taking the time to complain but a SINCERE apology would have been warranted and I can accept HD may be busy or short handed - don' t offer curbside if you can't handle it. read more

Home Depot has all of your home, lawn, and garden needs. We come here quite often. This time it was to pick out paint samples to help my mom paint her living room. The staff were all wearing masks. Everyone is always so friendly and they usually ask if we need help finding anything. Don't bother buying appliances from home depot! Our brand new washer & dryer sounded like a brick was in it when it went into spin cycle on the very 1st use.Its do bad I recorded a video of it and now they're giving me the run around they connect me to someone I can't even understand "who I doubt are even in the U.S." so I'm sure he knows what to do.Home Depot said 30day return policy it's been 9 days and they're saying they can't do anything about it.Wtf is a 30 day return policy then.and why am I on hold with a guy for almost 2 hrs. I'm a veteran and liked getting a discount on things I bought at Home Depot. Today they refused my discount (even though I showed them my Veterans card). Thank you guys....I cannot tell you how satisfied we are in your delivery service that you subcontract. They damage your property and it's up to us to figure it out. The company that damaged the property won't fix it and Home Depot won't take responsibility. So, if you pay for delivery and install and there is damage to your property....just so you know you are on your own!
