They use answering services and free-lance technicians. I have had no working refrigerator for 7 weeks now. They demand money up front so you feel forced to put up with their incompetence. The first tech came to repair my fridge. It was not cooling properly. After a few minutes, I could smell melting plastic. He ran outside and paced back and forth as he was on the phone with someone. He claimed he melted something that wasn't important, at this point the refrigerator wouldn't even turn on. The next tech, replaced the plug (my boyfriend tested the one he removed and nothing was wrong with it). The third tech was good. He didn't understand why the plug was replaced, and ordered more part (3rd part order). He was scheduled to come out last Friday. Took the day off work and a no show, and no one called. I called them twice asking for a status and I just received there answering service and not return call. So they called on Monday, stating they called me 2 times! Totally not true! This company lies! When I questioned him about the 2 times, he changed his story and told me he called once. The third tech warned me that they will lie so people don't get upset. Well I am upset. The 4th tech is scheduled to come out tomorrow. I am not very hopeful that my issues will be resolved.

Heather needs to find employment elsewhere or just go somewhere she can express her loathing and figure things out. This has been felt every single time I've spoken with her. I've had an ongoing issue with dishwasher and they mirror my frustration back to me instead of wanting to be helpful. They clearly have not had much experience interfacing with people professionally and it is abundantly clear that they don't take that aspect of the business earnestly.
