He inspected and removed the garbage disposal and determined it needed to be replaced which is what I thought would be action needed. He went to Home Depot and returned quickly. Unfortunately the chosen disposal needed to be returned and a different model/brand gotten. He quickly installed it. Very pleased with it (so quiet) and the service. In a high rise if you want access to a unit you're supposed go through the front desk, who can call the resident. It turned out the issue was simply a dirty sensor, which only needed to be cleaned. No part was replaced. On top of that, they only offered a one (possibly two) month warranty. I ended up paying $209 for something I could have done myself at no cost. I would have been happy to pay a service fee, such as $89, plus the cost of a replacement part if one had actually been needed, but the pricing felt unreasonable given the work performed. I'm glad the dishwasher is working again, but based on the cost and warranty, I wouldn't recommend this service.

These guys came out the day after texting them, quickly diagnosed that the fan was broken and within a week the part arrived and they fixed the refrigerator. They also found that the drain was almost clogged and fixed that too for no extra cost. They were so nice and really cared about the job they did. The refrigerator is like the day we bought it now.
