First of all, Brittany and Freddy are a joke. they are both cheating on each other- specifically Brittany and some guy named Anthony. Brittany was talking obnoxiously loud and I got to hear all about it as I paid for my items and left. Honestly- there are a few issues at stake with her. See, I got to hear her talk all about this Anthony guy to her friend over the phone. Brittany claims to have looked on Freddys phone and saw that he was hitting up other girls... well damn. I wasn't aware that you were allowed o your phone during your shift... whatever. Second... This Barbara lady at the paint desk needs to consider taking a Xanax and stop with the speed during work. She was hitting on my husband and when I came up, she was extremely curt and rude and I wasn't sure exactly how many sentences she started and finished. I just wanted paint. She was also talking about the "Pet rat" she feeds behind the paint desk. GROSS. I mean, if she spent as much time making paint as she does talking about her failed marriage there would be a lot more paint being made. somebody shut her up. There is an employee who is incredibly unprofessional and when I went to take note of his name- it appears he changed it to "Grobly"...Anyways, hit on girls who won't land you in jail. Back to the paint desk! I wanted a simple ultra white base and this moron named Chris gave me a base 3. askdfjgaoirjgaosjdg WHAAT ?! His hair is fucking ugly too! Kevin's cool. Also, I didn't know child labor laws were lifted. They had a poor boy named "Devon" working there who could be no older then my new tramp stamp tattoo. It's a butterfly ;). Anyway, I will return. I had ordered a custom door with Kevin on 1/2/2020 we sat for about an hour I made sure I expressed to him the door I wanted! i even showed him a door on display & i expressed to Kevin i want my door everything one solid color , im not putting a storm door, I dont want to see any white trimmings at all! So when my contractor deliversmy dOor to me it has alll white trimmings! So I immediately call Home Depot & SEbrina told me to get the door back to home depot & they would let me exchanGe it because that is not how I ordered this 3300.00 door, So on February 5th I bring the door in my contractoor leaves & Sebrina was not therE & the other manager whom is very nice Tara looked liKe she didn't know what to do so she brought some young guy from the back he was very mean & dismissive & would basically not let me finish my questions & over talked me only because i was a female without my husband & in my opinion he is a bully! basically I had to take back a door I did not order! I left there I really felt Sad & disrespected That guy treated me like he gave me the Door! They are delivering the door tommorrow , I am really nervous I hope it works because im gonna lose $3300, I bought paint to paint the trimmings I hope it looks ok! Poor customer service. Not enough employees. My husband and I had a ridiculous experience where we were making a return on a big bulky item and the woman made us feel super uncomfortable. She Insisted on opening the sealed package to make sure we didn't take the contents out and replace them with something else. This wasn't a quick one package open. Boxes were inside boxes and obviously since it was never opened, it took quite some time and it seemed incredibly offensive. After that scenario, we were looking to purchase a door but couldn't find help to have it taken down for us off of the upper shelf. We ended up leaving. Go to the home depot in Oxford Valley. It's not that far, and in my opinion, the customer service and selection is better. read more

Today my wife, my son and myself went to the Home Depot to buy a new screen door and several other items I was waiting for paint to be mixed and my wife said I'll meet you at the doors. When I caught up with her she was near the doors and I asked if she knew where the screen doors were. She had asked 2 older male associates where the screen doors were and she was told they were on the roof. She inquired again to be told to head down the back wall to the stairwell and go up to the roof. Upon asking the second time and the associate reinforced his original answer and provided directions, she figured that he was serious. As she told me this story it dawned her her that this ass sent her on a wild goose chase. I went to find him and only found one of the two associates as he took off perhaps realizing there was about to be some repercussions. The remaining employee said "Marty" had left. I was furious as my wife felt that he wouldn't have pulled that crap with a man and was having some sexist fun at her expense. We tracked down Eddie the assist manager and told him of our experience and how upset we were. He understood and I believe he was embarrassed that one of his employees would test a woman and child like this. He offered us a 20% discount which I told him he could keep, I wanted Marty's head on a platter. This will be our last visit to any Home Depot, Lowe's is just as convenient. I own a business that is in the construction field and my employees will be directed to avoid Home Depot in the future. The lesson here is to appreciate and cherish your customers, you never know when you'll lose them. read more

I have purchased many items and warranties from this location. But when I need to use my warranty. It's not with Home Depot like states on my paper work . I have called to put in a claim only to have a rude customer service representative not help me . But hang up on me . So I paid almost a year ago for a warranty I can not use . Horrible! My fiancée and I decided to redo our bathroom. We scheduled about 1-2 weeks to have everything done. Let's just say never again will we shop at Home Depot. Literally every item we needed from the facets to the bath cabinets, something was destroyed or pieces missing. Almost every item bought we had to exchange 2-3 times because someone mis labeled the item or didn't label it accordingly and instead of sending it back to the warehouse, they restocked it for us to buy! Needless to say our 1-2 week remodeled turned into almost 1-1/2 months. We traveled back and forth more than working on the bathroom! read more

I purchased some lumber for a project and needed help loading it into my minivan. Dwayne, the pro loader, was very careful in loading so that he wouldn't scratch my interior. The lumber was too long to close my lift gate, so Dwayne secured it with twine and made sure that I would be safe for my ride home. He went above and beyond and was very courteous. read more

I shop at this home depot and the bensalem one and this one by far is the better of the 2, i was here this weekend and the garden center was in great shape, everything was organized and it looked amazing i have never seen the bensalem store this nice. I was very impressed. I was in the garden center for about 10 minutes and within that time 2 associates came over and asked if i needed help finding something. Great Store. read more

This review is specifically for commercial carpet installation.... We buy a building. While it is empty we have brand new carpet installed ( I believe the company they use is called USIG). Carpet is installed looks good. We move in a ton of office furniture, filing cabinets, conference tables, etc. within one week seams are fraying all over the place! Apparently the technician did not properly glue down any of the seams!They agree to come out & replace the carpet but guess who has to move all of the furniture now? Can you imagine how this disrupts our actual work? How can one get proper work done when they are displaced from their office? Anywho... Second installer is supposed to come on a Monday to do 1/2 of the job. Monday comes & they are a no-show. This give us an extra day of being displaced. They come Tuesday & say they'll be back Friday for 2/2 of the job. Friday they are a no-show again. Now I have to pay a man overtime to come in on a Saturday to sit here while they get this done. Came in here on Wednesday July 17th 2019 around 7 pm. I needed to pick up some paint for a bedroom I am re decorating. As I went to go to the self check out a heavy set woman was from what I assumed on duty for this department. The check out stand was dark and I believed by scanning an item it would light up. I looked over and she rolled her eyes and started laughing. Rather then sit there and try to make someone feel dumb she should be helping. I looked at her and said instead of laughing at me you should be assisting for example "sorry mam that one is down try a different one over here" Instead I got " Haha I aint laughin!". So incredibly unprofessional and not helpful at all. It is a disappointment that this is the type of people they have working at this establishment. I too am in the customer service industry and friendly and helpful to everyone and anyone. I will be making a call to the store because I have never experienced someone not only so rude, but getting paid to just stand there and be absolutely useless. read more

Just picked up some outdoor stuff mulch and such and no issues.Why I am writing they had this credit card express checkout which was very cool got me out of there quick . The girl that was doing it was friendly and even tried to up sell me " you know you can get 5 bags of mulch for 10.00 but I only needed 4 but she should of made HD proud. The reason 4 stars they did not have everything I went for. No big deal ordered on line and having sent to store to avoid shipping charge just a hassle as will need to go back to store to pick up read more

I hate to give 1 of 5 stars but that's about the average people that are helpful and knowledgeable there. Went in to get sand and 4 guys went to look for a key to get a new skid and I was waiting forever so I left with all the other supply's to drop off and came back an hour later and the skid was still not there. Asked for a supervisor and they sent back one of the guys that didn't help originally. The skid was dropped in the lumber isle and they were all melted together and everyone that we moved ripped one another. I'm sure it was not an employee issue but it added to my frustration. All the employees stand around talking to one another so when you ask for help they say they will get someone that works that department. Went to lowes and they not only loaded all my supplies near a gate for my car they calculated how much needed and and gave me tips. And when I asked for a supervisor they sent him immediately to me thinking I had an issue but I was just telling them how good they did. read more

My husband and I tend to always go here. Generally the staff is very nice (thus the 3-star rating) UNTIL it's Springtime and I am buying outdoor plants, soil, mulch, etc. The employees I have come in contact with that work this outdoor area are rude, unfriendly or just completely unhelpful. I said "Hello" FOUR times to the girl at the outdoor checkout until she finally mumbled a "hi" without any eye contact. To which I replied, "How are you?" Again, I got a mumbled, "fine." WOW, NO personality whatsoever. She literally acted like she hated me, her job and the entire world. I am not sure WHY she is still working there. If I acted like that at work I would be unemployed. Does a manager not notice the way she acts and treats the customers? On another trip to the outdoor area I went to get some topsoil. There were two male employees about 10 feet away, just chatting. Neither offered to help me load the 40 lb bags of soil onto my cart so I did it myself. Clearly they must have seen I was struggling a bit. TERRIBLE Home Depot, just awful. These people are there to help you, not stand around chatting. I, too, worked retail before and during college and never stood around chatting and expecting to get paid, nor did I ignore the customers. Management of this area of the Home Depot...you need to have a little chat with your employees. Lowe's is much friendlier. read more
