Please read before buying LG! We bought an LG washing machine, replacing our old LG (10 year warranty). After a short few months it started to destroy our clothes. It first accord after washing our sheets. They looks like some sharp object would be in the drum and pull strands out of the fabric. We checked the drum, stroked over every inch with our hands, used cotton balls to see if anything stuck - nothing! I called customer service (we ordered our washer directly from LG). They told us to run the drum clean cycle 5 times in a row (that's 7.5 hours!) that should solve the problem. We did and the next load of laundry had the same problem. We called LG again, send them pictures as requested, were told they investigate and call back. They never did. Today was the 6th time I called and also send an email to the president. After telling them that I will write this review and post it everywhere I was asked by the supervisor if I use the right cycle to wash my laundry. I am 69 years old and know how to do laundry. Finally I was told he would pass it on to their service center which will contact me to find out if it is a manufactory defect. This goes on now for over 6 weeks. The service center contacted us via text and asked what are the defective parts - how am I supposed to know? The next message was they reach out if they have someone available. I would stay away from LG which is hard to say because we have LG everywhere from fridge to TVs but if something is wrong it is the worse customer service you ever experience. read more

Absolutely horrible experience at Home Depot. I went to pick up my vanity order and was given the completely wrong item after wasting my time waiting. On top of that, Ashley's attitude was beyond unacceptable. She was rude, dismissive, and acted like the mistake was somehow my problem instead of trying to help fix it professionally. Customer service like this is the reason people stop shopping here. If you work with customers, basic respect and communication should be expected. My family and i were aggrieved and on the way out, until the young man Anthony / Employee asked us were we finding everything ok. We replied no and began to vent.. Anthony listened attentively and responded... ill take of you and he did... from the floor to the door, anthony helped us find the range hood we wanted and that was in our price range!!! Do not place a reservation for a van or truck here! I placed a reservation to rent a van today over a week ago. $150 was taken out of my debit card for this reservation. When I get up now at at 7:30am to get ready to drive over there to pick up my reservation I look at my email and they cancelled my reservation at 6 this morning. When I call no one answers the phone in the reservation department. When I call back again and speak to an associate they say that Home Depot only has 2 windows available which is 6am & 2pm yet their website doesn't say any of that and that's probably why they cancelled my reservation. So now I have to wait a week for my $150 to come back to my account and I need to call a U-Haul place to rent something and spend more money. This company is unrealiabke and extremely unprofessional. I needed this van to move things from a small storage unit and now I'm stuck and out my $150. Some of us are on fixed budgets and can't afford to shell out $300 in one day. The least they can do is have a Zelle type of refund where the money is put back on the instantly but since they don't care about their customers and do day of cancellations of course they also don't care if I'm out a week of my money. I was very disappointed with my experience at the Home Depot today. This location is somewhat chaotic. It took about 10 minutes to find the employee for the department I was needing help in. When I finally found the employee, it was as if she could not be bothered. I was explaining to her what I needed, and she cut me off and said she was not able to help me. I asked if I could speak with another person and she said there's no one else in the department but her. She had a very bad attitude. I was going to buy some other things that I needed but the lines were so long. The cashiers were few and far between. I ended up going to my regular Home Depot at Pines and Hiatus. That location is much more appealing. I am not going back to this Home Depot in Hialeah because it left a very bad impression on me. read more

I'm one of those guys that can get lost inside a hardware store fast, it's not because I don't know where I'm at it's because there's so many things that catch my interest. This Home Depot store has pretty much all your home needs. If you're the gardening type, they have a large selection outside garden. From palm trees to, decorative plants and landscaping items such as mulch, rocks, decorative stone and patio sets and furniture. You can't go wrong with Home Depot's brand Hampton Bay. Inside they have a mass selection of power tools such as DeWalt, Makita, Milwaukee and more. This is one of my favorite sections I'm always in the power tools looking at the latest drills such as the new 20v items or other items such as a reciprocating saws, sanders, jigsaw's and the latest multi tools. You can also check out some of the latest home appliances they have with brands such as Kitchen Aid, Samsung, Whirlpool and more. They have a great inventory in wood as well. I usually like to come to this Home Depot to pick up plywood for when we are in hurricane season and I want extra protection other than my shutters and when I'm rebuilding the picket fence in the back. If lighting is more of your thing when you come to a hardware store they have a pretty good selection; however, the Lowes across the street has a way bigger lighting area for gardening and home then this store. The staff here it's always very friendly and very helpful and always caters to your needs if they see you wondering around they will always stop you and ask you if you need any help or if you have any questions on the selections that you have made. One of our rental properties is near this location and naturally I've frequented the spot trying to get either a key made, extra paint, random materials, concrete, grass, doors, and everything else you can think of. While it's not the friendliest place to shop, it does get the job done. For some reason, this location is more of a survival of the fittest where the employees are not really inclined to help but if you approach them right, they might be useful. The gardening section seems to work properly. I can actually purchase the items I need quickly and efficiently by exclusively sticking to this department. At the end of the day, the next Home Depot location is pretty far so unless you're gonna shop at Ace-this is basically your best and only bet. read more

My appliance came damaged, I didn't accept it as instructed by them, and almost a month later, I still have no microwave and a refusal to refund $488. After fifteen years my refrigerator decided not to work. My husband and I went to home Depot to get a new one, we had to wait a whole week for delivery because they didn't have it in stock so we bought it on the 5th they deliver it on the 11th and by the 18th it was not working. This has to be the worst Home Depot I have ever stepped into before in my life. After coming from several different Home Depot stores in the state of Colorado you notice the massive difference in customer service as well as employee knowledge of the products in the sections in which they work in. I was waiting over 20 minutes for someone to come to assist me in the garden section. When I was looking for assistance in the shade section, I noticed a female employee see me coming and as I was about to approach her she walked off. I had to go to another section to have someone else come to assist me in cutting the shade to the size in which I needed. I also noticed three employees standing in the middle of the aisle just socializing. It's as if nobody in the store wants to work it's highly annoying and par for the course for Miami I guess. read more

I am a patron of many Home Depots around the 305 and this one is a great one! The aisles are wide, they have a lot of products in stock that other locations do not and the employees are friendly. In particular, Jeff in the plumbing department was extremely helpful to us as we shopped for parts for our hot water heater install. I love this place. HomeDepot has everything you need. I was there for a pool workshop. The pool workshops was canceled with no advanced warning but Dee and Calvin held a mini workshop. It was more jokes then informative. But hey laughter is good for the soul!!! Homedepot pool sections lacks knowledgeable employees about pool supplies. They cannot help Do it yourselfers in the area of pool maintenance. Also Homedepot pool supplies are pricey$$$$. But Homedepot is a winner in every other area. I've been coming to this stores for years and it's all same thing...out of stock, dirty and disorganized. Today I came for paint and the guy at the counter was beyond rude ! There were like 3 people including myself waiting to be helped and instead of attending the paint counter he was having conversations with other employees that passed by. After waiting and trying to get his attention many times I was able to ask what number he was on as he had the 49 on the screen and I was 64 and most definitely it was wrong, he responded " I don't remember, I have to check" he then turned back and asked me what I wanted; really ? It didn't get any better, the cashiers at the self register where just staring at me while I was asking both if they had a scanning gun to ring the heavy stuff I had on my cart, one of them then came with the scanning gun, scanned the big items and went back to her place, no Hello no how are you, was everything ok...I thanked her for helping me scan my big items and she didn't even look at me I only heard an "uhum" as response.... Next time I have a project I would consider taking my business elsewhere like Lowes. read more

The Good Old Home Depot.. As customers, we may not know exactly what we are looking for and I believe that retail stores should be aware of that. I originally went to Lowe's looking for a shower valve and ROBERTSON in the plumbing department quickly sent me to a plumbing supply. I went to The Home Depot and Jaime in the plumbing department was kind enough to educate on what I really needed which was a complete shower kit. I spoke to the supervisor S.Taylor and Ms. Taylor was really happy about the feedback. She then went and got JAIME a patch which I believe got JAIME $50.00. He went 3 times to call someone for me since they would tell him they were going to send someone and they never showed up. And as a past employee of this Home Depot, no one in there cares about their job. Everyone is rude to their customers, I was the one helping them after because my co workers didn't help them at all. This Home Depot is always messy and no one ever cleans up for themselves. If you want to work at Home Depot make sure you don't pick this one because the managers give no recognition for all your hard work. I'm glad I left this place after 2 years of working here. My supervisor made me do all his work and guess what now he got moved up to manager and he didn't say nothing about what I did for him. Keep away from this place.
