If I lived in Helsingborg, The Holy Greens would be my go-to spot for a healthy and delicious meal. All of the ingredients are organic/locally sourced and very fresh. My friend and I both ordered salads and fresh pressed juiced. I had the grönsakslandet salad: a big bowl of quinoa, avocado, beet hummus, pickled carrots, broccoli, cucumber, pumpkin and sunflower seeds with the "orange" juice, a glass of fresh pressed carrot, ginger, strawberry, and apple. You can not get a better and more appetizing salad bar. When you can not choose from the menu because you would like to try everything. Well, it is a good sign. We ended out taking chicken salad with nuts and beets hummus. All salad are healthy and generous. The shrimp salad with rice noodles from our neighbours seems SO delicious. Also, Our friends took the basilic and banana juice - so tasteful - A must have with your salad! I would not hesitate to go back when back in Helsingbør. Amazing selection of salads and smoothies. Usually quite noisy and crowded during lunch but the wait is totally worth it.

I was visiting from the USA and found this little restaurant that really has very good salads. Everything is super fresh. While they have a menu you can also opt to pick your own items for the salad.
